December 17th, 2005 - Plexie Awards   Molson Amphitheatre  -  Toronto, Ontario

The NLCW logo appears on the screen.

The scene fades into the sold out Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto, the large, lavish, stage, then it pans the finely dressed crowd of NLCW superstars and their wives, girlfriends, and fans.

Kevin Ryder: Welcome everyone to the NLCW's Oscars!! . . . tonight we celebrate the best in professional wrestling from No Limits Championship Wrestling.

Michelle Davis: Tonight we will be your guides while we hand out some hardware to the greats of No Limits Championship Wrestling, past, present, and future.

The cameras pan the still cheering crowd.

KR: We thank you fans, for joining us live on the FX network. For what should be a very memorable evening.

MD: Later on tonight, will be the NLCW Hall of Fame induction ceremonies where Violent A, Dazz, Phil Castle and Ethan Andrews will be inducted as the class of 2005.

KR: . . and our announcers tonight . . . the lovely announcers of the NLCW and LCW . . Anne Carter and Lucinda Welch!!!

The scene switches to Lucinda and Anne sitting in small room with their headsets on.

MD: Well let's get to it!!!

KR: To present the Plexie award for Tag Team of the Year, please welcome one of the most dominant teams in NLCW history and the 2004 Tag Team of the Year, Rick Majors and Derrick Lambert: THE CENTER OF ATTENTION!!!

"Stunt 101" by G-Unit plays.  Derrick Lambert smiles and he struts out towards the podium.  Rick Majors slowly walks towards the podium, his eyes fixed upon Lambert.  Derrick leans in towards the mic as the music fades out.

Derrick Lambert:   Being tag team of the year takes a great deal of dedication.

Rick Majors:  You have to really trust your partner at all...

Lambert quickly pulls the mic away from Majors.

Derrick Lambert:  What are you talking about Rick!?  You never trusted me!  You were always concerned with stealing all the glory!!!

Majors grabs the mic back.

Rick Majors:  I was concerned with stealing the glory!?  ME!?  Listen Derrick, I tried to be civil out here but it's obvious that you haven't changed.  You're still...

Once again Lambert pulls the mic away from Majors.

Derrick Lambert:  Damn right I haven't changed.  I'm still better than you!  And I always was!  I carried the COA!

Rick Majors:  What are you talking about!?

Derrick Lambert:  You know exactly what I'm talking about!

Suddenly the scene cuts to a video package of the nominees, but Rick and Derrick's mic has been cut off.

Enigma & Chris Logan

Violent A & Souless

Dillon Durst & Chris Logan

When we come back from the video package both Majors and Lambert are gone.  Michelle Davis stands at the podium to announce the winner.

MD:  And the Plexie for Tag Team of the Year goes to....

Michelle opens the envelope.

MD: Enigma and Chris Logan!! .  . . . . . For obvious reasons, I would be honored to accept this award on their beha . . .

Just then, Chris Logan and Bucky Skyler walk up to the stage from opposite sides of the crowd and the crowd remains almost silent. Bucky approaches the podium first.

Bucky Skyler: Well where do I start? I guess I like to thank my family for dealing with me. My wife Blair for being there when I needed her. My son's Conner and Jase, who mean the world to me. Sean Galen, for bringing me into the Saints to shine as a double champion. Pretty much the entire roster in the NLCW, we're like a huge family with different backgrounds. Summer McCoy, for a great summer. Amerie valdez, for all the laughs we made. God and well I like to thank myself for actually not sinking when Jason Stylez told it was a sink or swim situation.

He pauses.

Bucky Skyler: Well I'm not going to thank this bastard here and that Judas with the world title. Sorry guys but your on my shit list not my thank you list.

Chris Logan: First off.... I would like to thank everyone here in Canada for the support and fan mail! I went through a lot. I mean performing in front of those North American snot bastards had me thinking maybe..... just maybe this wasn't for me. But, coming here tonight and through other occasions, it has change my mind. First off I would like to thank the higher-ups for allowing me to take part in the Random Roulette Tournament. I did my part and made my way to the finals and there I stood with Dillon Durst holding one half of the title while he held the other. Unfortunately that rat bastard Bucky Stryker stole that title from Durst and now what's this award worth? Shit! I would like to thank the higher-ups for wasting my god damn time!

Logan looks at Bucky and starts to talk trash and Bucky walks up to him and they get face to face and thats when a few people get up and seperate them. Captain Japan, Dillon Durst and Alex Jay grab Logan and pull him back as he holds his award and points at Bucky. As Dominic Pericolo and Phil Castle are holding Bucky back from getting to Logan as he points at Logan. Just then out of nowhere Logan clocks Captain Japan with his Plexie and knocks him out cold. He then takes a mic and speaks.

Chris Logan: Just like these damn americans always wanting to touch greatness. Keep your damn dirty hands off of me you dirty gook.

Dillon Durst and Alex Jay both laugh as Logan turns around and raises his arms with them and he stares a cold stare at Bucky.

Diva of the Year

The scene switches to Kevin Ryder standing on stage left.

KR: The following three NLCW superstars are without a doubt some of the most entertaining. Please welcome Sugar Shane Perry, Frank Merritt and Destiny!!

Frank and Destiny walk in from stage right and SSP comes in from the center. As the crowd cheers . . they approach the podium. Frank speaks first.

Frank Merritt: This company has its fair share of easy looking ladies…

The statement draws a round of “Oh’s!” and some booing from the crowd.

Frank Merritt: Pardon me, what I meant, was, easy on the eyes.

Destiny: Anyways, I would have won if I would have been put on the ballot.

SSP: This is the first time NLCW is handing out an award for the Diva Of The Year, and I do see why. There are many fine ass ladies within this company now. And I have pretty much slept with all of them. Including Destiny.

Frank Merritt: What did you say Shane?

Destiny: I did not sleep with you Shane.

SSP: Actually I better correct myself, we didn't sleep together. . . . . There wasn't much sleep going on at all when we were in the sack. Ha! Ha! Now time for the nominees.

Frank looks at Shane as he announces.

Frank Merritt: Amerie Valdez

SSP: Angel Andrews

Destiny: and Summer McCoy.

Destiny is handed an envelope and she begins to open it.

SSP: and the winner is . . .

Frank Merritt: ANGEL ANDREWS!!

When Angel is announced as the winner she blinks. Angel then gets up, hugging Ethan and her brother's before walking up to the stage.

AC: Angel Andrews had quite a year, inside and out of the ring . . she held the NLCW Women's Championship for most of the first half of the year, and then finally married NLCW Superstar Ethan Andrews!

Angel reaches the stage, shaking Sugar Shane Perry's hand, she then shakes Frank's hand and gives Destiny a little hug. Angel reaches the podium, smiling and wiping a few stray tears away.

Angel Andrews: Wow. I never thought I'd get this award. Let alone be nominated for this catagory. Now...Who all to thank? Well first I want to thank God.. my mother who told me to never stop dreaming. My husband Ethan for supporting me no matter what I do. My father, my brothers, my grandfather. Um... Violent A and Tameka... you are the best friends and stablemates anyone could have. Also to all of you ladies here in the NLCW. Amerie, Tanya, Summer, Nicole....

Angel glances towards Destiny.

Angel Andrews: and Destiny.. I hope to see you competing soon enough too....

Angel chuckles and looks back out to the crowd.

Angel Andrews: You are the five that stick out in my mind as the ones I know I have to watch out for, whether I am the champ or not. You ladies are the ones who make me want to be the best and work so hard.... So Thank You!

Angel smiles, taking her award and walking offstage.

LW: Coming up next, appearances by Violent Delight, the return of Mr. Showtime and the award for Stable of the year.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

The scene returns with Tanya Black and Nicole Morretti standing at the podium, Tanya leans down to speak,

Biggest Shock of the Year

Tanya Black: In this business crazy stuff happens at every turn it seems, so truly shocking the fans can be an almost impossible task, but three events did that this year

Nicole Moretti: Yeah these nominees were like SOOOOO surprising! Tanya... I still think we should've been nominated, we've done some shocking things this year...

Tanya Black: For what Nicole? I haven’t had time to really shock anyone here in NLCW yet.

Nicole Moretti: There has to be something. These awards are so pretty I want one. What about the time you tied me to the bed that was shocking wasn't it? Hehe... or what about that time I...

Tanya puts her hand over Nicole’s mouth shutting her up.

Tanya Black: That was just a dream you had. Did Not Happen.

Nicole Moretti: Are you sure? It seemed so totally real? Hehe.. and it felt kinda good too.

Tanya Black: Anyway. The nominees are . . Rick Majors One Night Only Return.

Crowd Cheers

Nicole Moretti: Souless turning on Absolution

Crowd boos.

Tanya Black . . and . . The Saints Re-Form.

Crowd gives off a mixed reaction.

Nicole Moretti: and the winner is . . . . . . . . . Souless turning on Absolution!!!

'Seek 'n Strike' by Soulfly plays over the sound system as the camera cuts to Souless getting out of his seat, the camera then cuts to the Absolution table where Violent A and Ethan Andrews are shaking their heads while shouting abuse accross the room. We cut back to stage as Souless is walking up slowly, he reaches the microphone and snatches the award out of Tanya Blacks hand and pushes her out of the way as he leans forward to the microphone.

Souless: Biggest shock of the year huh?... I'm suprised, if you guy's didn't see this coming then you won't know what's hit you in the next couple of weeks. I guess a few thankyou's are in order, I'd like to say thanks to NLCW for putting on the show, Ethan Andrews for building Absolution and Violent A for being such an ass that this decision was pretty much made for me, this ones for you pal, see you at Slamfest.

Souless' music hits again as he grins at Violent A who returns with the same grin as Ethan is seen in the background looking angry. The scene switches to Michelle Davis standing on stage left.

MD: Ladies and Gentlemen presenting NLCW’s Stable/Faction of The Year, "The Lunatic" Derrick Lambert and The NLCW's Premier Color Analyst, Flyin' Bryan Terwilliger.

Faction/Stable of the Year

Derrick Lambert walks in stage right and Bryan Terwillger comes in stage left and they both meet at the podium.

Derrick Lambert: You know what Bryan?

Bryan Terwillger: What’s that Derrick?

Derrick Lambert: I’m royal pissed off!

Bryan Terwillger: Why is that?

Derrick Lambert: Not one nominee for me this year, not one.

Bryan Terwillger: I nominated you for shortest title run…

Derrick Lambert: Funny, well we’ve had many Stables and Factions over the years here, last year Higher Authority made a big bang, before them was Chaos A.D.

Bryan Terwillger: This year there is a new top dog, and the nominee’s are:

Derrick Lambert: Absolution

Bryan Terwillger: The Flock

Derrick Lambert: The Saints

Bryan Terwillger: And the winner is….

Derrick Lambert: Derrick Lambert! YAY!!!!

Bryan Terwillger: No! The winner is…

Derrick Lambert: The Saints!!!

LW: Accepting the award on behalf of The Saints, will be former member, Dillon Durst!!

"Bulls on Parade" echo's over the PA as the fans begin to jeer a little at the fact that The Saints had just one stable of the year. However, the Durst camp all clap, as Durst looks to Alex, who tells him to get up to accept the award. The two shake hands, and Durst gives a kiss the cheek of Liz. Chris Logan slaps Durst on the back, as he makes his way up to the stage. Durst grabs the Plexie, looking over it for a few moments. The music dies out, as Dillon finds himself accepting an award on the behalf of many.

Dillon Durst: When I first came to the NLCW, two men opened up their wings, and took me under them. Sean Galen, and Alex Jay watched over my star as it rose, and it is very debatable that I would be anything that I am... without either of them. Together, the three of us ran through all comers in version one of The Saints. When our falling out happened, everybody, including ourselves, thought it was done. But when we decided on a second installment... one with Chris Logan, and Bucky Skyler apart from Sean and myself... everybody knew that we were back.

Durst takes a deep breath.

Dillon Durst: I owe everything I have to those men, and I was damn proud to stand next to them in battle.

Durst picks the Plexie off of the podium, as his theme kicks on. Surprisingly enough, the arena gives Durst a loud cheer, as he exits the stage.

LW: Coming up next, appearances by Ethan and Angel Andrews and the award for Rookie of the Year.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

The cameras return to Michelle and Kevin standing toward stage left as the crowd is clapping.

Rookie of the Year

KR: Our next presenters are indeed two NLCW legends.

MD: . . and they're married.

KR: She's a former multi-time NLCW Women's Champion . .

MD: . . and he is the longest reigning NLCW World Heavyweight Champion of all time.

KR: and they live right here in Toronto!!

The crowd cheers.

MD: and they are Ethan and Angel Andrews.

The crowd begins cheering as Ethan and Angel walk in from center stage, Ethan in a all black tuxedo and Angel in a long, low cut black dress.  they approach the podium and the crowd continues cheering. Angel leans in to speak first.

Angel Andrews: Rookie of the year is an award with a dubious history.

Ethan Andrews: Winning the award can forecast greatness in the future or the beginning of the end of a once promising career.

Angel Andrews: Whatever the end result . . . the nominees for this award are . . .

The cheers as the video screen lights up . .

Angel Andrews: . . . Sugar Shane Perry . .

The crowd cheers . .

Ethan Andrews . . Amerie Valdez . .

The crowd pops . .

Angel Andrews: and Dominic Pericolo!!

The crowd continues cheering as a stunning young woman comes walking out with the award and an envelope. She hands it to Ethan, who quickly passes it off to his wife. She opens up the envelope . .

Angel Andrews: and the winner is . . . . . . . Sugar Shane Perry!!!

Sugar Shane stands up from the crowd and smiles, while walking toward the stage.

LW: He came into LCW with one thing in mind and that was to do anything possible to make it in NLCW. And he did just that by impressing management enough in his first month in the business and they took a risk and brought him into the NLCW fold. Many question if it was too early for him to go and he proved the haters wrong. By winning the prestigious NLCW Television Title in only a matter of weeks. He then continued to destroy all of the contenders to that championship week after week, month after month. He broke Matt Arren’s previous record as Television Champion with Sugar Shane becoming the longest reigning Television Champion in NLCW history.

Shane reaches the podium as he is handed the award.

SSP: I wasn’t really surprised that I won for this category, I deserved it after all the things I have done this year and I am pretty sure that I have done things that some wish they were able to do during their entire careers. Now even though I can’t really stand him I gotta give props to my mentor in LCW, Phil Castle. He toughened me up from day one in LCW and even though it was quite obvious I was the standout competitor in LCW, he didn’t give me any special treatment for that and I was grateful for that. There are so many people to thank but in reality it was my belief in my ability that got me to where I am at today. I am always trying to be the best, nothing more and nothing less. And I plan on topping everything that I achieved in my rookie year by becoming the man on top of the mountain, the NLCW World Champion sooner rather than later. I will tell you one thing though, my rookie year in this business will make one hell of a DVD. Thank you and God Bless.

Fans erupt in cheers with many of them breaking out with a “SU-GAR” chant as he exits off the stage.  The scene switches to Kevin Ryder standing in the crowd.

NLCW's Hardest Working Superstar

KR: And now... to present the award for NLCW's hardest working superstar... he is the challenger at Slamfest to the NLCW World Heavyweight Title, Dominic Pericolo... and Avulsion announcer Aaron Jennings!

Claps sound throughout the room as Dominic and Aaron rise from their seats with smiles and make their way to the podium, entering the stage from either side. Dominic shakes hands with the Avulsion announcer, and the two stand at the podium, looking out at the crowd.

Aaron Jennings: Well folks, I've gotta say that when this time of year comes around, the NLCW really kicks things into a whole new gear. Slamfest is looking to be possibly the greatest one we've had in many years, we've been on a string of successful pay-per-views and weekly shows... and the LCW is flourishing with talent.

Dominic Pericolo: It couldn't be done, however, without the help of the wrestlers in both brands. Sometimes the staff calls on us to get some of the work done that really needs to get done, and there are many people who step up to that plate and answer.

Aaron Jennings: Yourself included, Dom! However, there are three men who all throughout the year have shown amazing dedication to the NLCW, and have always been there when help was needed. These men stepped up to the plate FIRST, and were always helpful when times got rough behind the scenes.

Dominic Pericolo: The nominees for NLCW's hardest working superstar are... Kristian Sailes

Aaron Jennings: 'Enigma' Bucky Skyler...

Dominic Pericolo: And Frank Merritt!

Aaron Jennings: And the winner is... Frank Merritt!!!!

Frank Merritt doesn't look at all surprised as his name is announced, he slowky and deliberately walks up to the stage.

LW: Frank Merritt started the year off as Tag Team Champion and shortly after the New Year, defeated Ethan Andrews. After the innovative “Hell’s Kitchen” match, he went on to have a bloody encounter with Ash in a barbed wire match. Then he ended Perry’s reign as Television Champion and taking the American Championship belt.

Frank arrives at the stage and approaches the podium.

Frank Merritt: Personally, I’m not surprised that I won this award. I’m proving, with each outing, that I’m the best, all around competitor in the company. Pound-for-pound, there is nobody better than me in the NLCW The only person I would like to thank is myself; cause the rest of you didn’t do a damn thing for me. Except for Lambert, cause without him constantly taking a beating from me, I wouldn’t have become the only three time American Champion, in the history of No Limit’s Championship Wrestling.

Some of the crowd cheers while the others continue to boo.

Frank Merritt: I’m the companies only three time American Champion and even after being stabbed through the hand in my match with Andrews, I still managed to wrestle and due what I do best; hurt people. I am the Hardest Working Superstar here.

Frank Merritt begins to walk off stage as Lucinda announces the next presenters.

LW: and now presenting the award for the NLCW's rising star . . Dazz and former NLCW Commissioner Jaymz Marshall,

NLCW's Rising Star

Dazz walks onto the stage from the left wearing jeans and a black shirt as Jaymz Marshall enters from the right wearing cut off jeans, a black CWF Aggression shirt and combat boots, his long hair tied up as the two men stand at the podium, Marshall looking surprised at the fans chanting his name. They start to quiten down and allow the two to speak.

Jaymz Marshall: Wow, dude that reaction was cool. Now in my time as Commish here, I saw a lot of great new talent start off at the bottom and look at them now. Phil Castle is a former World champion, Matt Arren is the current Cruiserweight champ amongst others.

Dazz: Yes indeed and this year has seen more amazing talent rise through the ranks and become established names with the fans here so without further ado, here are the nominations for the Rising Star award.

Jaymz Marshall: And the nominees are......Kristian Sailes......

The crowd cheers.

Dazz: Chris Logan......

More cheers from portions of the crowd.

Jaymz Marshall: And finally, Sugar Shane Perry.

A huge pop for Perry, especially from the females in the audience.

Dazz: And the winner is........

He opens the envelope and hands it to Marshall, Jaymz smiling as he leans towards the microphone.

Jaymz Marshall: Kristian Sailes!!

Kristian Sailes stands up and begins laughing.

AC: Kristian Sailes has been on his ups and downs,...but still has fought strong to get to where he's at now. At sometimes he may be a bit arrogant,...he's always been an uproar to the audience and his fans,...everytime he comes out from the backstage area. The sadistic ways of Sailes is what makes him slide away away from the other half of the crowd. So Sailes thinks that's why he should be NLCW's Rising Star,..just because the way he keeps the fans out of their seats.

Sailes approaches the podium slowly before beginning to speak.

Kristian Sailes: Wow!...This is awesome! Alright,...I'm not going to be up on stage too long. I just want to say "Thank You!" to all the staff,.. James L. Rockingwelli for letting this "Freak" into NLCW. When I was in turmoil,...in the last few months,...I talked to James and Percy ,...and they helped me out with my situation. NLCW was always my home and it will remain my home till' the day I die.

Sailes tear up a bit,...not letting the audience see it...

Kristian Sailes: I really just want to thank everyone who helped me through this first year. The staff,...the roster,.....you guys are my family. We may argue,...but we always stick together. Thanks Guys!

Sailes walks off the stage,....as he kisses the trophy. He walks backstage....

AC: The NLCW Plexie Awards are brought to you by The new Ford F-150, Think Different, Think about a Ford.

LW: Coming up next on the NLCW's Plexies, appearances by Bucky Skyler and Alex Jay, and the award for Biggest Return/Debut!!! Stay tuned to the Plexies Live on FX!!

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

KR: And now... to present the award for best return/debut of the year... NLCW Slamfest Champion, Mr. Showtime... and Avulsion announcer Bryan Terlwilliger!

Biggest Return/Debut of the Year

There's a mixed reaction from everyone as Mr. Showtime and Bryan stand from their seats and make their way up to the podium, Showtime up to his old tricks as he slaps one of the staff for wearing a mis-matching suit and tie. This receives a small laugh from some people, as Showtime then makes his way up the stage and meets with Terlwilliger at the podium, who is obviously excited about tonight.

Bryan Terwilliger: Welcome back Mr. Showtime! I have to say, it's be--

Mr. Showtime: Oh shut your mouth you filthy peon, nobody asked you.

Bryan Terwilliger: Uh... okay.

Mr. Showtime: We're here today to award one of you filthy bastards the title of 'Best Return or Debut'. To get this, you had to do something damn spectacular in those first few pathetic months you showed up here. Now, while none of you will ever be up to speed with MY debut last year which, if we all remember, netted me a little reward because of it... one of you will still be enough for people to cream over this year.

Bryan Terwilliger: And the nomine--

Mr. Showtime: If you EVER cut me off again I swear I'll backhand you so hard that your heart'll stop, you hear me Terlwhateverthehellyournameis?!

Bryan Terwilliger: Yes sir.

Mr. Showtime: Good you son of a bitch! Now then, the nominees are... Matt Arren, Chris Champion, and Dominic Pericolo.

Bryan Terwilliger: And the winner is...

Mr. Showtime: Man I was NOT kidding about that backhand thing, I'LL do the talking up here you damn little peon!

Bryan Terwilliger: Eep...

Mr. Showtime: The winner is ME, you bitches, ME!!

Bryan Terwilliger: What?! No it's not!

Mr. Showtime: I'm hunting you down in the back alley after this, you realize that right.

Bryan Terwilliger: ...

Mr. Showtime: Fine, damn it... the winner is... CHRIS CHAMPION!

Chris Champion: Wow. Well, prior to awards evenings like this one, all nominees stand in front of the mirror and rehearse what they’d like to say if they in fact win an award. You hear people thanking God, family and fellow colleagues and all that. But I find that whenever I’m stood up here, trying to give some kind of coherent speech, all planning goes out of the window. Sometimes it’s best to just go with the flow. So, here goes.

The crowd remains silent for his speech.

Chris Champion: I’m honored to be stood here today, collecting this award, primarily because I think it’s just about the only one I’m eligible for. I’ve not really been around too much this year for one reason or another, but it’s good to see that people actually appreciated my return. There’s nothing nicer in life than sharing a good time with other people – and I certainly did that and will continue to do so here in the NLCW. . . . . . . . It’s hard for old timers like me to keep pace with some of the youngsters that have sprouted through here and I believe it’s only a matter of time before a new breed of stars replaces the old ones. However, this award signifies (to me at least) that the old guard isn’t dead just yet. I stand before you all as a symbol and testament to old school mannerisms – and I’d glad to do so.

The crowd cheers.

Chris Champion: Keep supporting wrestling and keep supporting this great company. 2005 was the year in which No Limits Championship Wrestling established itself as the premier organization in the modern wrestling world. As for 2006? We build on those foundations, consolidate and make sure that the legacy we leave is the greatest of all time. . . . . That’s my dream. That’s our dream. Keep the faith. Thanks.

They move to stage left and Michelle Davis is standing there.

Feud of the Year

LW: Our next presenters have quite the history, they have been on the same and opposite sides of the ring. Bucky Skyler and The Prince of Wrestling, Alex Jay!!!

Bucky and Alex Jay come out from the back and quickly approach the podium as the crowd cheers.

Bucky Skyler: Well a feud is built on hate or just plain one ups-manship. In the sport of wrestling a feud can be long lasting, like me and ALex here or short.

Alex leans down and speaks into the mic.

Alex Jay: That's right Buck, lots of things effect the process of a fued, sometimes friends can reach a disagreement, screwjobs, or hell you just don't like the guy, but there's only a certain few that have that special ingredient to make a fued nothing short of extraordinary. Tonight's nominees are truley those who had that extra spark to go that extra step, to go that much further in being the truly better man.

They switch off to Bucky.

Bucky Skyler: These nominees tonight have shown the skills and talents of what a great feud is all about. We have some violence, a little high flying and a series of matches that forever cemented two men's career's here in the NLCW.

Alex Jay: The nominees for Best Feud of The Year are . . . . Frank Merritt versus Ethan Andrews . .

The crowd cheers.

Bucky Skyler: Chris Champion versus Dillon Durst.

The crowd pops again.

Alex Jay: and Violent A versus Phil Castle.

They are handed an envelope and Bucky immediately dives in . .

Bucky Skyler: and the winner is . . .

Alex Jay: Phil Castle versus Violent A!!!!

The crowd pops again!!

AC: 2005 started with a bang... or at least a series of bangs, in the form of a feud between Phil Castle and Violent A. The two veterans of the ring, whose rivalry spanned the past year, first locked up in a match that ended up in a DQ; but it would take more than one match to resolve their differences! Violent A carried Phil Castle to the absolute limit with a Best of Five series, which Phil ultimately won. Nevertheless, it's only a matter of time before the two former champions step into the ring once again.

The scene switches to Kevin Ryder standing with Michelle Davis on stage left.

Match of the Year (LCW)

KR: Our next presenter has made his name felt quickly throughout LCW as he had a one month 'reign of terror' as it has been called.

MD: He was recently relieved of his LCW Hardcore Championship at Showcase, but he'll be competing, tonight, for the LCW Championship.

KR: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome "The Voice" Jason D'Angelo and Mary Annette!

Mary frantically jumps out from the backstage area and starts jumping up and down. The crowd in attendance give a decent pop for the relatively new LCW 'Diva'. The crowd gets louder when Jason D'Angelo steps out from the back, however. Jason gets up to the podium and places his index finger over the mouth of his mask and the entire audience, in unison, goes 'Shhhhhhh!' as Mary claps.

Mary Annette: Daddy and I are SOOO thrilled to be here.

Mary bends over to Jason and leans her ear towards where he would talk.

Mary Annette: And daddy just wants to tell you how much he appreciates your support...

Decent pop.

Mary Annette: And now, for the nominations for LCW's Match of the Year... first, from LCW Showcase in the first ever LCW Championship match on March 16, 2005... Sugar Shane Perry and Pact!!!

The crowd cheers as clips of the match are played overhead on a jumbo screen.

Mary Annette: Tyler Scott and Matthew Logan in their Last Man Standing Match for the LCW Hardcore Championship... hey that's what you were Daddy... at Havok on August 21, 2005.

More clips of this match come on and the fans give another excellent pop.

Mary Annette: And finally, for LCW Match of the Year, Tyler Scott and Calvin Ericks at Retribution, September 10th, 2005 for the LCW Hardcore Championship.

More clips. More cheers.

Mary Annette: And the winner of the LCW Match of the Year is none other than... drumroll Daddy...

Jason D'Angelo starts to tap, completely out of any rhythm, on the podium. The crowd laughs. Jason places his finger over his mouth again. They cheer.

Mary Annette: The winner IS!..... Sugar Shane Perry versus Pact!!

Shane comes out of the back yet again, a big smile on his face.

LW: Everyone was wondering who would go on to become the first ever LCW Champion back in March of this year. Then it was announced, a tournament was to take place with the winner at the end of it, becoming the LCW Champion. In the final it came down to the veteran Pact and the rookie Sugar Shane Perry. Even though twenty years of experience was the difference between the two, it didn’t matter one bit. As they battled back and forth within the confines of a steel cage. No match has ever been so hardcore in LCW history then their match as they battle though all the blood sweat and tears. It could have gone either way but in the end, Pact prevailed as the new LCW Champion.

SSP: It’s funny how the only thing that people will remember about my tenure in LCW will be the ass whooping Pact gave me in that damn cage.

Crowd laugh in approval.

SSP: Well I would like to thank everybody that has supported me from day one and also like to thank those fans that came to see me and cheer me each week when I was considered a nobody when I was competing in LCW. I would like to in particular thank Pact for the great competition. He took me straight to hell in that cage and my mind is pretty much blank on what I was thinking during the match. But I did get my revenge by defeating him in our second match that was his NLCW debut. We never ended up having our decider match even though I made a challenge out to him multiple times. Which is a damn thing because I know that’s what the people wanted to see. I do know that I don’t regret facing Pact in one of his specialty matches just for the opportunity to become the first ever LCW Champion but instead became the first ever LCW Graduate. I guess that will have to do. Thank you.

Fans erupt in cheers as he walks away from the podium.

AC: Coming up next on the Plexies, Dillon Durst presents the award for NLCW Match of the Year!!

Match of the Year (NLCW)

LW: Ladies and Gentlemen, please join me in welcoming to the stage... The NLCW World Champion, Dillon Durst!

The audience stands, some chanting for their champion, as others boo at the slight mention of his name. Out of the side, Dillon emerges, walking briskly in a light brown, three piece suit. His NLCW Championship glistening in the light as he does so. The fans chants, cheers, and jeers pick up even louder as he stands behind the podium, adjusting the microphone to better suit his 6'6 frame.

Dillon Durst: Good evening...

There is a loud stir amongst the fans and NLCW talent placed throughout the building.

Dillon Durst: In this business... many men, and women put their lives on the line on a weekly basis. Some do it for the fame, some for the glory. Others... well they do it for the shier adrenaline. The screams of the fans... the impact of that one final move that captures a victory. Through this industry, we have seen many breath taking moments. Hulk Hogan slamming Andre the Giant... Bret Hart locking on the Sharp Shooter to Yokozuna... along with other countless memories. This year, the NLCW has brought with it many great moments... and many great matches. Here are the nominees for NLCW's match of the year..."Highway to Hell 5 (NLCW World Heavyweight Championship) - When World's Collide - May 22nd, '05"

The huge video screen begins to show multiple clips of the match, as the fans all cheer for their favorite fighter, as his clip is shown.

The fans begin to cheer, as the matches runs through a highlight reel.

Dillon Durst: "Frank Merritt -vs- Ethan Andrews (Hell's Kitchen) - When World's Collide - May 22nd, '05"

The crowd blows the roof off of the place at the sight of Ethan Andrews, and Frank Merritt. This match as well, starts a highlight reel, and in closing, the camera pans back to Dillon Durst with envelope in hand.

Dillon Durst: And the winner is... Highway to Hell!!

LW:  Ladies and gentlemen, your winner and NEW NLCW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION . . . . . Dazz!!!!

LW: When the Plexies return, Rick Majors presents the award for NLCW Wrestler of the Year, and the NLCW Hall of Fame induction ceremonies.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

The scene switches to a wide angle shot of the crowd.

NLCW Wrestler of the Year

LW:  Now to present the final Plexie award for Wrestler of the Year....

"Burn" by Three Days Grace plays and Rick Majors walks out to the podium.  The Toronto crowd gives a mostly positive reception as Majors stands looking out to the crowd.

LW:  ...the 2004 Wrestler of the Year: RICK "THE IMPACT" MAJORS!!!!!

Majors smiles and he taps the mic.  He then starts to speak.

Rick Majors:  Wrestler of the Year.  It takes a lot to be wrestler of the year.  Talent, ability, drive, willpower, consistency, work ethic.  And the men nominated for this award display all of those characteristics and more.  I would be proud to pass the Wrestler of the Year Plexie onto any of these men. And your nominees are:   Phil Castle.    Dillon Durst.   Violent A.   Frank Merritt.   and Sean Galen. And your winner is....

Majors opens up on envelope and smiles.

Rick Majors: The NLCW Heavyweight Champion, "The Legacy" Dillon Durst!!!

"Suicide Messiah" blasts itself over the PA system.

The camera pans to Durst, who upon hearing his name, cracks a huge shit eating grin. He turns to his left, kissing Liz on the check, then to his right, where he hits fists with Alex Jay. There are a few boo's scattered about the audience, but for the most part, it is a clean reception for the work ethic of this man. Dillon stands, adjusting his World Heavyweight Title over his shoulder, and begins to ease himself out to the aisle. He walks to the stage with a confident smirk, and a casual strut. Once on stage, he shakes the hand of Rick Majors, as the two share a small pat on the back. Rick gives a small "good job" talk, as Durst nods his head for his appreciation.  Majors hands him the Plexie and smiles.

Durst gets behind the podium, where he holds up the Plexie. The fans again cheer, as the camera pans to a smiling Liz.

Dillon Durst: This is... this is just amazing.

Again the fans clap for his acceptance.

Dillon Durst: I've dedicated my life to this sport. I've had my up's, my downs, and times that doctors didn't know if I would ever walk again. I've bled my soul for this business... I've poured my life into it. When I was young, I dreamed of making it to the big leagues of professional wrestling. I dreamed that one day my name would be spoken with all the greats, and right now... it looks as if it just might be. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't give one hundred percent. Night in, night out, when I leave the arena... there will be no doubt that I give myself, along with every eye witness the show of their life. And as the World Champion of the NLCW, I can say that this is the top of the mountain... and there is no other title out there, that compares to this.

Durst looks at his Plexie, as a pop from the crowd breaks out.

Dillon Durst: This right here... is what we all dream of. Making it to the top of the business, and our federation. Being named "The Wrestler of the Year." And right here, right now... my entire life of hard times, to make it, has just came full circle. This Plexie makes it all worth it.

Dillon Durst: I want to thank some people, that whether they know it or not... have been an inspiration to me. Ethan Andrews... you've paved the way for men to set higher standards for this sport, and for that, I thank you. Chris Champion... for producing the best work, and for making it so damn hard to get my title back. Rick Majors... for being one of the most creative son of a bitches out there, and always making it harder for guys like me. Sean Galen, for bringing out the inner Dillon Durst. Alex Jay for being a damn good partner, and an even better brother of this business. And my precious Liz... for without her, I would not be standing on my own two feet.

The audience in attendance cheers.

Dillon Durst: Two thousand and six, will only be another year for "The Legacy" to claim. Thank you.

Dillon's theme blasts through the arena again, as he and Rick Majors exit the stage.

AC: When the NLCW Plexies Return, the Class of 2005 gets inducted into the NLCW Hall of Fame.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

The scene switches to NLCW C.O.O. James L. Rockingwell standing in the center of the stage.

NLCW Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies

JLR: I hope everyone is enjoying the NLCW Plexie Awards, as part of this evening and Slamfest weekend, is also the NLCW Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies, tonight, we honor four people who have been in the NLCW since it's inception. These are four men that have exemplified the NLCW spirit and the love of competition. The class of 2005 is indeed four of the NLCW's finest and men who's names will be spoken in the wrestling world. long after their in ring careers are over. So, without further adeiu . . inducting her fiance, Dazz into the NLCW Hall of Fame . . this is former NLCW competitor, Faith!!!

Faith walks out onto the stage wearing a black cocktail dress with a low front showing her cleavage and her black hair curled as she stands behind the podium.

Faith: Thanks, I'd like to be able to say it's good to be back but I see Justice giving me that familiar look so....

She laughs, as do many others watching live. The camera cuts to Justice wearing a dark top who sits smiling at Faith.

Faith: Anywooo, I first met my fiance at Bloodbath on March 14th 2004 and from that moment I knew I'd met the love of my life. He is a really wonderful man and has helped me so many times, staying at my bedside while I was in a coma until last October, looking after me while pregnant until the car crash that left me unconscious for a month and also helping me raise my 5 year old son RJ. His devotion to his fans is astounding and when we're at home I have to tell him to come to bed, otherwise he'd be up all night answering fan mail sent by fans of his in ring work and also his metal band Havok Rising. Whether it's charity work for sick and injured children or a meet and greet signing session, he's always there until everyone has a chance to speak to him and take home a personal memory of their time with him. One reason he wanted to get into the wrestling business was the same reason he got into the music business, the fans. He is a very fan-oriented man and it shows when you meet him. Another reason is his passion and love for both businesses, he couldn't choose one or the other so chose to do both at the same time. From his time in his hometown of Toronto training in the Hart Dungeon he hoped to make it big enough to be able to make a difference to people's lives and he has done just that, becoming one of the biggest stars the business has ever seen with major feuds under his belt with the likes of Christian Cage, Jason Stylez, Violent A and many, many more, these contests have lit up the hearts and minds of people the world over and entertained like only he can. Lets show a brief video package of his four best moments here in NLCW.

VIDEO PACKAGE
We go to a full screen shot of the highlights package, showing Dazz interrupting a Rob Thorn promo during Bloodbath marking his surprise return from injury and also becoming the NLCW debut of the legendary group Chaos A.D. as Dazz and his returning younger brother Kid Chaos attack Thorn in the middle of the ring. It shows the group later on in the night after more recruitment has been done, other members including Violent A, Souless, Faith, Phil Castle, Lightning, Highlight Man. The video cuts to Rob Thorn vs Dazz on Avulsion one week after Bloodbath with Thorn defending the World title just one week ater winning it. The two go back and forth for 20 minutes in what was dubbed by fans as the greatest technical contest of 2004, Chaos A.D. member Lithium knocking himself out with a chair in an attempt at a distraction but after kicking out of a second Thornbush DDT, Dazz connects with a second Chaos Factor for the 3 count and his first NLCW World Heavyweight championship, a reign that set precedents. We also see the Highway to Hell structure that Dazz created in CWF in 2003, being used for the first time in NLCW at When Worlds Collide 2004 with Dazz losing the World title after a powerbomb through the top of the caged roof and a pin by Ethan Andrews. It then cuts to the event of 2005 when Highway to Hell returned to NLCW, Phil Castle desperate to retain the title but Dazz becoming a 2 time NLCW World Heavyweight champion with the Chaos Factor used to result in victory. It then shows Dazz and Violent A competing inside a steel cage, Dazz being tossed into the sides of the cage and an explosion going off, shortly after a clip of Dazz swinging a kendo stick against Violent A's skull is shown and then Dazz hitting the Chaos Factor for the victory, holding up his first and possibly only Cruiserweight championship before it shows Dazz, Faith, Enigma and Phil King, the final version of Chaos A.D. in NLCW before being forced to separate, attacking Violent A in the ring before King hits his patented Greek Destroyer sitout powerbomb on top of the cage, 'A rolling off the section of roof halfway across the cage and through the announce table below. We cut back to the present with Faith standing at the podium with a look of pride on her face as she watches the video before speaking into the microphone.

Faith: Being named the Best Wrestler on the Planet, Most Influential, Most Athletic, Legendary and now tonight, the latest inductee of the NLCW Hall of Fame 2005. Please, put your hands together for the one....the only......DAZZ!!!

Dazz walks out onto the stage to a deafening cheer from the crowd as his theme music, Pantera's "Primal Concrete Sledge", blasts from the PA. He's wearing black biker boots, jeans and a black Metallica t-shirt. He waves to the fans and kisses Faith before taking the award from her and raising it in the air.

Dazz: I finally made it!

The fans cheer and clap wildly as he laughs.

Dazz: Y'know, I was up for this last year but only one person got inducted, now three of us are which is a lot fairer in my opinion. Anywooo, how y'all doin' tonight?

They cheer again but one person is heard yelling "You suck!" loudly. Dazz looks down and smiles, the camera focusing on whoever it is and Jason Stylez appearing on the screen smiling back.

Dazz: This is one of the men I wanted to compete with 6 years ago, we finally did in NLCW last year and what's the score? 1-0 to me Pylez? Did you remember your ass cream today or do you need one of the latest young male employees of the company to put his cream in you to ease the pain?

He laughs with the crowd, Stylez surprisingly taking it all extremely well before yelling up at the stage.

Jason Stylez: You love to take it up the ass!

Dazz laughs it off.

Dazz: Hey now, keep my private life out of this.

Stylez cups his ear and pretends to look shocked at what he heard.

Dazz: Want me to speak louder old man? Maybe I should get you a hearing aid when you next retire again for the billionth time? Seriously though, NLCW was great for my career, coming in as a living legend is hard on the others so I tried to play it cool at first, act vulnerable. I beat Eddie September to win my first NLCW title, the Hardcore championship, which I never lost. i mean, I hit a shooting star press off the Avultron while wrapped in barbwire, landed on Jim "The Cyborg" Williams and injured us both and took us out of my Hardcore Invitational. Nemesis may have won that match but I didn't exactly lose it. Then I was asked to team with Stylez there and form the Fallen Angelz and we won the Tag Team belts from RAGE a week later, I never lost those, I believe Rick Majors did when he replaced me after the Hardcore Invitational. I decided that group was going nowhere fast and brought back a group I helped create, the legendary Chaos A.D. and boy what a great move that was. Violent A and Souless back at my side tearing the place up like we did for the previous 2 years along with Faith, beating everyone who stood before us. Winning my first NLCW World title against Rob Thorn, defending it every single week in singles, tag, Wargames, you name the match, I defended the World title in it against anyone from Stylez over there to Josh Blaze. Had the longest title reign in NLCW too at the time and am the only World champ to have competed every week while champ and defended every week. Then I brought the match I created, Highway to Hell, from Chaotic Wrestling Federation where it first happened to NLCW at When Worlds Collide, lost the title but doesn't really matter cause I got to focus on Faith again and figure out why Violent A and Souless turned on me.

He pauses for a few moments before continuing.

Dazz: Well, as you all know, I won my first ever Cruiserweight title at Slamfest when I beat Violent A in an Exploding Cage/10 Weapons Double Stipulation match. Didn't want the belt, only wanted to see who the better man of the team was since we'd been the most dominant tag team of all time and never faced one on one and since I won, I dropped the belt to let someone else have it instead. I was kinda retired from NLCW at the time and focused on my CWF career but after losing the World title to that beautiful woman over there.....

Dazz looks at Faith and the two smile before he turns back to the microphone.

Dazz: ...I decided it was time to take a break. Well, that didn't last long cause before I knew it, my stipulation to be involved in all Highway to Hell matches that ever take place came into play and I found myself not only competing in a ring for the first time in months but also walking out a 2 time NLCW World champion. Well, again, that didn't last long either and an injury forced me to drop the belt before I could even have my second defence of the title in July then while helping out in CWF, malicious staff spread ugly lies about that company forced it to close briefly and I decided, why not come back and see my old friends and sort out the issue between myself, Richard and Alex once and for all? So that's what I did and here I am in front of you all again picking up an award that means no matter what, I'll be a part of NLCW's legacy forever along with other greats like Violent A, Rob Thorn, Rick Majors and many more. So to all of you fans here and at home, thank you so much. To my former opponents Christian Cage, Jason Kash, Brian Gaines, Nemesis and countless others, thanks for helping me grow as an athlete and to the LCW stars I say this. Work your asses off and one day you too will be up here. Thank you.

Dazz steps away from the podium and holds hands with Faith as they walks offstage to the left.

AC: Coming up next on the NLCW Plexie Awards . . Souless inducts his opponent tomorrow night, Violent A, into the NLCW Hall of Fame.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

The scene returns to Kevin Ryder standing on stage right.

KR: Coming up now, is a definite first in the NLCW . . . . right now, Souless will induct his opponent tomorrow night at Slamfest, Violent A into the NLCW Hall of Fame.

Souless steps out of the back as the crowd in in a mixture of cheers and boos. He slowly approaches the podium.

Souless: I’m here… with a special job tonight, a job that I accepted as soon as it were offered, because I see it as an honour. Although it seems that things aren’t that good with us, we can put aside differences and shake hands… at least, heh.

The crowd cheers.

Souless: He’s a great man, a great wrestler and he deserves more than anyone to join the NLCW greats that are already in the Hall of Fame. Here is a short video, with just a few examples of what this man has done for NLCW. Enjoy.

VIDEO PACKAGE
The video begins to play along with the music Insane Clown Posse's Behind The Paint. We get a close-up shot of Violent A’s face, his trademark psychopathic grin, his eyes putting fear in every man that dares look in them. We then get a shot of Violent A hitting the Black Rain on Priest. Then we see a full shot of Absolution, one with Souless and one without, the group looking dominant in both shots. The song continues “Look at me! Analyse! What you see!” the next clip is Violent A battling with Chris Champion, hitting the Black Rain twice and lifting the Heavyweight Championship and the party in the ring afterwards. Clips then begin to play fast, from his first match against Rage, Chaos A.D, to Absolution. It finally ends with Violent A in the car-park at a show, with all his fans having a good time, laughing and dapping each fans. The video ends.

The scene returns to Souless standing at the podium.

Souless: That my friends is… my friend. Still. Even though we will still put our lives on the line tomorrow night, in a feud that needs to be settled. So now, may I introduce to you all… (the fans go wild) … the Wicked One… (the fans give a pop) The Don Mega of Wickedness… VIOLENT A!

Slipknot's I Am Hated plays and the camera shows the crowd on their feet, everyone clapping their hands in appreciation. Violent A comes out in a suit, not sporting his usual painted-face. He approaches Souless and raises a fist, he then laughs and they give each other a hug, they shake hands and Souless passes Violent A the mic, the music cuts off and Violent A walks to the front of the stage, chuckling at the noise the fans are making for him.

VIOLENT – A! VIOLENT – A! VIOLENT – A!

Violent A: Thank you, thank you all for this wonderful reception and thank you Souless… thank you Richard, you don’t know how much I appreciate that. But… it still doesn’t mean I’m not going to whip your ass tomorrow night!

The crowd are heard to laugh, Souless then tells Violent A to come get some.

Violent A: Heh, but seriously, this is an honour for me. I am loving this. I’ve been here two years in February… and it’s been the greatest time in my career by far. Before this I had been in quite a few federations and before that the underground scene… Thai-Boxing and that… but I didn’t enjoy myself as much as I have here. I mean damn… NLCW HAVE THE GREATEST FANS, THAT'S TRUE, RIGHT?

The crowd go crazy.

Violent A: You know, I’ve done some things here that I shall be proud of for the rest of my life, tonight I’ll toast them, along with the two years I have been here, and to the next two years, and the next and next. NLCW is my world, wrestling is my life. I’d just like to thank people like Souless… Ethan and Angel... my people. I’ve been through some trying times and I’m sure there shall be more to come, no doubt they will be too. I’d also like to thank the NLCW roster, the people that I’ve battled, the people who've defeated me…and everyone for keeping me on my toes. . . . It’s a great honor… and a great honor for Souless to be inducting me. Again… thank you… everyone!

Violent A takes his plaque and begins walking off stage.

AC: Coming up next, on the NLCW Plexie Awards . . . NLCW mainstay, Dillon Durst will induct his rival, Philip Thomas Castle, into the NLCW Hall of Fame.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

The scene switches to Michelle Davis standing on stage left.

MD: Now to induct Phil Castle into the NLCW Hall of Fame, The Legacy Dillon Durst!!!

Dillon Durst again comes to the stage, the fans greeting him with yet another mixed reation. The spotlight beams down upon him, as he pulls a mic to his mouth.

Dillon Durst: There are many ways to define greatness in the world. In this business, to get to a point of becoming a hall of fame legend... greatness has to be apart of your everyday experience. With every year that passes us by, it becomes a little more clear as to whom has adopted this into their own life. Though many try to get to, and even surpass this level... only very few even get to within its grasps. Like a superhero, swooping in to save the day, or a father figure leading us to the door of the world. This man's name rings through the halls of the wrestling world... along with the halls, of NLCW's fame.

The fans pop for the hall of fame talk coming from Dillon.

Dillon Durst: When you speak of a legend... you speak of many different things. Here in the NLCW... you might call a legend "The Main Event."

The fans all begin to stand to their feet.

Dillon Durst: You might call a legend... "Wrestling's Favorite Son."

The fans begin to chant "Phil."

Dillon Durst: Hell... you might even call a legend... a "Magnificent Bastard!"

The fans are going crazy with cheers, as a video package begins to play of Phil Castle highlights...

VIDEO PACKAGE
The screen comes to life with white static, fading to Phil Castle sitting in front of a ring.

Phil Castle: I suppose you can say I led a very modest career.

Cut to:

A montage of action shots played to "Wake Up" By the Arcade Fire. Phil dances and struts to the ring. He climbs into the squared circle, spinning in the center of it to pyros. Cut to "A Cut Above the Rest" being applied and executed on various superstars, Violent A, Frank Merrit, Shane Perry, Sean Galen, Dillon, and Champion. All the while, each one is punctuated by AJ yelling "PHIL CASTLE DID IT!" More shots of Castle yelling and taunting various opponents.

Phil (Voice over): I was an example of humility in the locker room.

Cut to a specific shot of Phil making a gesture around his waist for a championship belt, quickly fading to Phil holding the Hardcore belt above his head, covered in blood. The screen fades to Phil hitting "A Cut Above the Rest" on Souless and jumps to Phil holding up the American Championship belt.

Phil (Voice Over): I never really put performance first when I jumped into the ring.

Cut to Phil slamming Priest into a urinal, then quickly turning to the mirror of the Men's room and preening in front of it. The camera fades to Violent A and Phil's Best of Five series. We see the same shot of Phil gesturing around his waist for the belt. Various action shots of the feud ensue.

Phil Castle: I started ten years ago. It took me about as much to get to the level I'm at now; I still wonder what took me so long. But it was worth the ride.

Cut to Phil, crying, holding up the World Heavyweight title. Freeze frame on that specific shot as the song builds to its finish. Screen fades to black.

Dillon Durst: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Philip T. Castle.

Phil walks out to no entrance theme, only the thunderous applause from the crowd. He waves at the crowd and points to several people, notably Chris Champion and Buck Skylar. Dillon and Phil move to shake hands, but Phil pulls Dillon into a hug before taking the podium.

Phil Castle: Thank you. You know, they say... in this sport, you're only as good as your opponents. Judging from where I'm at now, I gotta say... you've been the best adversaries I've ever had. I'd like to thank my family, obviously, for coincidentally being involved in my lifelong passion. That was a good jump-in point for me. I'd like to thank Ethan Andrews, one of my first friends in No Limits, someone I looked up to. Violent A, Souless - for taking me to the limit. Shane, for being one hell of a fast learner. Sean, Dillon, Bucky, Champion - great opponents, better friends. I started in No Limits two years ago, and I had no clue it would explode and blossom into this monolith of sports entertainment it's become. I'd like to think that, while I didn't have the most lavish title reigns, while I wasn't the best tag partner, and while I may have walked out a few times too many, I had a hand in building this federation. And I thank you all for the opportunity to do so, and for every other opportunity I've been handed that I otherwise wouldn't have had a shot at. It's an absolute thrill to have the support and respect of your peers. Thank you.

LW: Coming up . . .the NLCW's first couple hit the stage, as Angel Andrews inducts her husband into the NLCW Hall of Fame.

Angel Andrews: As most of you know I am here to induct the 2005 No Limits Champion Wrestling Hall of Fame Inductee. Being inducted is an honor, one that can't be taken away from you or defended as time goes on. It is a permanent mark on your record . . .

The crowd cheers, agreeing with her. Angel smiles more as she continues.

Angel Andrews: When I first met Ethan Andrews . .

The crowd pops and Angel smiles wide.

Angel Andrews: . . . I realized that there was something special about him right from the start. In a business where everything is sometimes so fake . . . . he was real. Strong, talented and unabashedly honest about the business . . . and himself. Growing up right here in Toronto . .

The crowd pops once again.

Angel Andrews: . . he grew into a man, that was at first my friend, then my lover, and finally my husband. I watch him in the ring to this day, I am still in awe of his abilities and training. . . his story is one of tragedy and triumph. Which you all know by now, but there has always been one constant, the reason I am here today. . . . In this ring, there is no one better than Ethan Andrews, let's take a look . .

Then it switches to him winning the Four Pillars match at All Hallow's Eve against Jason Stylez. Then it switches to Ethan's tremendous feud with Frank Merritt over the early part of 2005. Then it shows a triumphant shot of last weeks Avulsion, with Violent A and Ethan winning the Tag Team Championships.

The crowd begins chanting Ethan . . Ethan . . Ethan . . . as Angel is choking back tears.

Angel Andrews: Over the last two years, I have been able to join him in celebrating his triumphs and mourning his tragedies. Today, I have one of the biggest honors in my career, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you . . the final inductee into the NLCW Hall of Fame for 2005 . . . my husband.. Ethan Andrews!

Angel claps as Ethan comes up. Once he reaches the stage she gives him a huge hug, kissing him passionately as the crowd continues to cheer. Ethan says something to Angel and she nods to him before stepping to the side. Ethan approaches the podium slowly, with a big shit eating grin on his face. The crowd once again breaks into an Ethan chant. Ethan steps away from the podium for another moment, and says something to Angel, who is standing off to the side. Ethan approaches the podium one more time.

Ethan Andrews: Thank you . .

Ethan pauses for a moment.

Ethan Andrews: This is the culmination of a journey for me, which begun over two years ago, when I decided to re-enter the wrestling business, after so many years away. My journey in the NLCW, has had a ton of bumps but all in all, it has been amazing. I have been blessed with great friends, and great opponents.

The crowd cheers.

Ethan Andrews: Guys like Violent A and Souless, like Phil Castle, and even Dazz. Guys like Frank Merritt. Hey Frank, how's the hand??

The camera switches to Frank Merritt shaking his head and smirking as Ethan laughs.

Ethan Andrews: and guys like Jason Stylez.

The crowd pops.

Ethan Andrews: I want to take this opportunity to thank a few people. I'd like to thank Violent A and Tameka, Souless, and Phil Castle, Jason Stylez, Rick Majors and Matt Arren, and last but certainly not least, my beautiful wife, Angel.

The crowd pops again.

Ethan Andrews: This business has given me so much. It has given me everything I have, including my amazing wife, and I gave everything I had, to the business . . . . and at the end of my career, I am mentioned when they speak about Rick Majors, Chris Champion, Violent A and Jason Stylez. Well then, it was all worth it . . . In conclusion, to all of my friends and fans . . Thanks for believing.

Ethan holds up his plaque as he backs away from the podium he grabs Angel and hugs her tightly as they disappear into the back. The scene switches to Kevin Ryder and Michelle Davis one last time.

MD: Well, there you have it folks, tonight we honored the best in the NLCW.

KR: We'll see you next year baby!!

The scene switches to the credits.
