March 1st, 2009

Slowly, a shot of the parking garage housed within the arena begins to fade in, the area lit well by overhead lights installed within the ceiling. Almost as if on cue, a pair of headlights appears at the entrance to the parking garage, facing towards the camera. The lights begin to grow closer and eventually the car those headlights belong to turns into a nearby parking space, coming to a stop just roughly fifty feet away. The camera remains focused on the car, colored black with tinted windows, as the driver shuts off the engine and swings open the door shortly after. As he then makes his way out from inside the vehicle... the fans in the arena can faintly be heard erupting into cheers.

Closing the door to his rental car for the night, Dominic Pericolo turns with his NLCW Hardcore Championship slung over his shoulder.

AJ: And there he is, Dominic Pericolo!

BT: Pericolo arriving early tonight... surprising, the man hasn't really shown up for our more recent shows except for his matches!

AJ: Tonight's obviously different, Bryan... after-all, this is Sultan of the Squared Circle! Two years ago, Dominic retired on this very event!

Smiling to himself, Dominic locks his car and makes his way over to the camera, nodding to the man behind the lens. As he continues to approach, the camera slowly zooms back out in-time with Dominic's advancing figure, until it returns to its normal view as Dominic finally passes within a few feet of the camera itself, making his way to the entrance of the arena.

Dominic Pericolo: Heh... this is going to be one hell of a night.

The crowd continues to cheer as the camera turns to follow Dominic's path along the way, before fading as he begins approaching one of the doors to the arena.

"I feel like there is no need for conversation
Some questions are better left without a reason
And I would rather reveal myself than my situation
Now and then I consider, my hesitation

The more the light shines through me
I pretend to close my eyes
The more the dark consumes me
I pretend I'm burning, burning bright"

Burning Bright - Shinedown

"I wonder if the things I did were just to be different
To spare myself of the constant shame of my existence
And I would surely redeem myself in my desperation
Here and now I'll express, my situation

The more the light shines through me
I pretend to close my eyes
The more the dark consumes me
I pretend I'm burning, burning bright"

"Burning Bright" by Shinedown plays as we enter the arena. Pyro explodes and the fans are on their feet.   The camera pans around the arena as a sea of NLCW fans wave their signs and cheer as NLCW Sultan of the Squared Circle begins!

"There's nothing ever wrong but nothing's ever right
Such a cruel contradiction
I know I cross the lines its not easy to define
I'm born to indecision
There's always something new some path I'm supposed to choose
With no particular rhyme or reason

The more the light shines through me
I pretend to close my eyes
The more the dark consumes me
I pretend I'm burning, burning bright"

Aaron Jennings: Ladies and gentlemen, this is NLCW Sultan of the Squared Cirlce!  I'm Aaron Jennings and with me, always, is Bryan Terwilliger!

Bryan Terwilliger: What an amazing show we have for you tonight!  NEVER in the long history of the NLCW has there been so much controversy throughout the company!

AJ: You can say that again!  Last month at Bloodbath Dillon Durst was attacked from behind by an unknown assailant just minutes before the show went on the air!  That attack kept him from participating in the NLCW Undisputed Title match against Dazz and Paul York.

BT: But then the controversy continued!  Enigma returned to the NLCW and cashed in his Ultimate X title match, effectively taking Dillon Durst's spot in the match!  Durst then returned and attacked both Dazz and Enigma, ending the match in a no contest!

AJ:  It gets worse!  Dade Midvalley made a match for the Undisputed Title for Avulsion.  Dazz was scheduled to defend the title against Enigma inside of a steel cage with the winner going on to face Dillon Durst here tonight.

BT:  But just hours before the show was about to air Dazz WALKED OUT of the NLCW, surrendering his titles to Midvalley!  Midvalley then made the controversial decision to book a steel cage match for tonight featuring Dillon Durst and Enigma competing for the title!

AJ: But that's not the only controversy folks!  In a first round Sultan of the Squared Circle tournament match The Punk and Sean Galen wrestled to a double countout!  Rather than giving Ryan Coleman a bye to the finals, Midvalley inserted Carmine Vestieri into the second round!

BT: Midvalley has vowed that a new era of competitiveness has begun in the NLCW, but his actions this past week were definitely shocking!

AJ:  But those actions have definitely made tonight one of the most important nights in NLCW history!  Not only are we going to see a new Sultan crowned tonight, but we will also see a brand new NLCW Undisputed Champion!

BT:  It doesn't get much bigger than this ladies and gentlemen!

Sultan of the Squared Circle Tournament Semi-Finals
Carmine Vestieri VS. Ryan Coleman
Standard Rules

Three Six Mafia’s ‘Who run it’ plays throughout the arena and the lights strobe red, white and green around the entrance way as Carmine Verstieri is risen up from the bottom of the stage. Once he is fully on the stage Red, White and Green pyro shot up right in front of him as he walks out. Wearing his custom Blue Italian soccer shirt and the Italian flag hanging from the front of his pants. He looks out into the crowd, surveying the masses, before stepping out into the aisle way and throws his arms out (ala Orton). At which point pyro’s shoot off all the way down the ramp. Once he’s at ringside Carmine wastes no time getting into the ring. Where he climbs the turnbuckle standing on the middle rope at the far post and poses with his arms up just as he did at the top of the entranceway.

LW:  Ladies and gentlemen, introducing first, residing in Sacramento, California, weighing in at 145 pounds: Carmine Vestieri!

The arena goes silent as " My Life To Live " starts playing. We hear the guitar kick in and Tim and Lars start singing the chorus.

" My Life is just like a car crash
so slow downs girls when you go passing me by
My world can never stop spinning
I got a girl in every city and they all know my name"

The chorus finishes and the guitars go on for a few seconds then Tim Armstong starts his verse

"I met a girl in Nagoya she said “Tim, I’m gonna show you
a good time”
And she took me up the stairs
Took off her shirt pulled up her skirt
Laid on the bed and said “come over here”
I love her breast and I love her thighs
And I love her smile and her deep brown eyes
Well those first days of spring
Good luck will bring me fortune
As I travel on my way"

As Tim Finshes up out from behind the curtain steps Ryan Coleman. He's wearing his typical match attire. The fans start booing as Ryan makes his way down the ramp while Lars sings his verse

" had a threeway in Austin
Just like in Boston
Just like I'm gonna do again tonight
Rancid punks doin’
We’re always out tourin’
breaking hearts in cities that I leave behind
San Francisco, Sweet Chicago
I’ve done every hooker from here to Toledo
I charm ‘em and I fuck ‘em and I wish ‘em good luck
and
I hope that I see them when I come back around"

Ryan climbs the ring steps and slowly climbs in the ring as the song and the booing continue

" My Life is just like a car crash
So slow downs girls when you go passing me by
My world can never stop spinning
I got a girl in every city and they all know my name

Ashley and Sabrina and Tonya and Tina
And Gina and Sylvia and Debra and Christina
Sonia and Paula and Inga and Carla
And Greta and Barbara and Inca and Darla

Well Kerry and Mary
Nakita and Natasha
Sydney and Nicole
Jenna and Little Sasha
Ava and Cara
Rebecca and Sarah
You’re all my girls and I’ll never forget ya

My Life is just like a car crash
so slow downs girls when you go passing me by
My world can never stop spinning
I got a girl in every city and they all know my name"

As the song finishes Ryan just stands in the middle of the ring.

LW: And his opponent, from San Diego, California, weighing in at 245 pounds: Ryan Coleman!

AJ: These two men have faced off before Bryan.

BT:  That's right, just last month at Bloodbath Ryan Coleman defeated Carmine Vestieri in a very competitive match!

AJ:  I wonder if that is weighing on the mind of Vestieri here tonight.

BT:  If it is, he'd better forget about it and focus on tonight's match.

The bell rings and both men meet in the center of the ring.

AJ:  And here we go!

They lock up right in the middle of the ring, Coleman gets the advantage by locking on a side headlock to start the action. Vestieri fights it with forearms to Coleman’s ribs causing him to let go. Vestieri then comes off the ropes and tries to shoulder charge Coleman, but he is unphased by it. Vestieri then once again comes off the ropes and Coleman attempts a clothesline but Vestieri ducks it and connects Coleman right in the face with a spinning heel kick that sends Coleman to the canvas!

AJ:  Nice move!

BT:  It looks like Coleman is going to take a little retreat on the outside.  Great move by the NLCW veteran!  He needs to compose himself.

On the outside, Coleman briefly touches his face for any soreness.  He then paces back-and-forth for a moment. with Vestieri standing in the middle of the ring. Vestieri then comes off the ropes and attempts a baseball slide but Coleman catches it and pulls him straight to the outside with Vestieri landing hard on the back of his head.

AJ: And that's a veteran move!

BT: That's exactly what Coleman needs to do!  He's a ring veteran and he needs to use that to his advantage.

Coleman then slowly helps Vestieri to his feet and tries to suplex him on the floor, but Vestieri fights it. Coleman attempts it again and is able to flip Vestieri over but he is able to reverse it and deliver a hard neck breaker on Coleman onto the hard floor.

AJ:  Nice reversal!

Vestieri gets to his feet and stands over Coleman, looking down on him. Vestieri then lifts Coleman up and looks like is about to send him back into the ring, but he instead changes his mind and he drapes Coleman across the guardrail.

AJ: What is Vestieri thinking of?

BT: This could be a huge mistake!

Vestieri jumps on the apron and climbs the top rope.

AJ:  High risk move coming up!

Vestieri leaps off of the ropes with a moonsault! Coleman is able to evade the move, in the process causing Vestieri to go jaw first into the top of the guardrail!

AJ:  Nobody home!

BT:  That was bad judgment there.

AJ:  He took a huge risk.

With Vestieri now scrambling face down on the floor holding his jaw, Coleman gets to his feet.. Coleman sports a relieved looks on his face now grabs Vestieri and he rolls him back into the ring and follows after him. Coleman then leans against the nearest ropes and then walks slowly towards Vestieri and delivers a knee drop right on his head, partially hitting his jaw. Coleman then quickly goes for a cover:
1...
2...
KICKOUT!

AJ: He kicked out!

BT: I thought that was it!

Coleman then applies a sleeper hold to Vestieri. The referee then checks up on Vestieri, Coleman out of his own free will, just let’s go off the hold and starts hitting vicious forearms right across Vestieri’s chest.

BT:  Coleman released the hold!

AJ:  I guess he thought Vestieri wasn't going to be knocked out and just wanted to drain him.

BT:  I'm not sure if that was wise.

Vestieri starts crawling towards the nearest ropes and uses them to get to his feet. Once he does, Coleman charges at Vestieri, but Vestieri falls straight to the canvas, pulls the top rope down causing Coleman to stumble straight over the top rope and onto the floor.

AJ: They're back on the outside now!

BT: Smart move by Vestieri.  He managed to outsmart the veteran.

Vestieri then slowly walks to the other side of the ring and just realises that what just happened. He then sees a glimpse of Coleman getting to his feet, dazed on the outside. Vestieri then bounces off the ropes and connects Coleman with a hellacious suicide dive that sends both men colliding with the guardrail with Coleman taking the brunt of the impact!

AJ:  Carmine Vestieri definitely likes to take risks!

BT:  And that one paid off!

Both are now lying on the floor in pain.  The crowd cheers their efforts. Vestieri gets to his feet first, Coleman shortly after. Both start delivering right hands, with Coleman getting the advantage with Vestieri staggering back.

AJ:  Coleman has the size advantage here.

BT:  I'm pretty sure everyone has a size advantage against Vestieri!  He's not a very large man.

AJ:  That's why he needs to take those high risks Bryan!

Coleman now delivers a hard knee to Vestieri’s ribs and the he rolls him back into the ring.  Coleman follows after. Vestieri is slowly getting to his feet.. Coleman spins Vestieri around and is met with a kick to the gut from Vestieri.  Vestieri now sets him up and he delivers a swinging neck breaker!

AJ:  Boom!

Vestieri now pulls Coleman to his feet, only to send him back down to the mat with a kneeling piledriver!  vestieri now climbs to the top ropes!

AJ:  Another high risk move coming up!

BT:  Shooting Star Press!

AJ:  He calls that the Shooting Lion and he hit it!

BT:  Did he ever!  What force!

Vestieri with a cover now!
1...
2...
3!!!

AJ:  It's over!

BT:  Carmine Vestieri is moving on to the Finals!

Carmine Vestieri stands up and raises his arms in the air as his victory is announced.

LW:  Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match: CARMINE VESTIERI!!!

Suddenly, the big screen goes white for several seconds... and the arena is clouded in darkness. All of spectators are left wondering what is going on. A gold spotlight suddenly beams down into the centre of the ring. The crackle of thunder whips through the PA system. All eyes now face the big screen though as an assortment of red and yellow colours begin to scroll back and forth.

BT: What is this?

AJ: I have no idea. It’s not listed in my schedule for tonight...

A cryptic message begins to reveal itself to the crowd on the screen:

I was born on a battlefield...
I was raised on a battlefield...
I will die on a battlefield.
I am the beating heart of war itself.
A war that even I cannot escape despite my greatest attempts.
I am the names of the hundreds of men I have dispatched over time.
...
And I am back.
NeTaH WaNsDre.
LeXa YaTloR
?

The lights suddenly spark back into life as the screen returns to normal. The crowd collectively scratches its head as looks of confusion spread like wild fire.

BT: What in the world was that about?

AJ: I’m clueless. That was totally bizarre.

The camera fades into the back locker room area, where Dominic Pericolo is found fully changed into his in-ring gear, Hardcore Championship now strapped firmly around his waist. His match with Stacy Jones, the potential first of two matches for him this night, is coming up very soon and he's finishing up his preparations for the ordeal that's to come. Dominic places his gym bag on the ground beside his bench and cranes his neck side-to-side, loosening the tension as he does so. Finally, he crouches down and reaches into the bag, pulling out his wallet and flipping it open.

He reaches into it and pulls out a single picture, the camera only barely able to pick it up. From what little is shown, however, it appears to be a family photo, likely of Dominic, Suki and their baby son. A smile plays across Dominic's face as he closes his eyes and laughs to himself softly, before returning the picture to his wallet and placing it gently back into his gym bag.

Dominic Pericolo: It's all for them... tonight, all of this, everything I do...

Dominic lifts himself up to his feet and turns, looking over to the camera as his smile seems to broaden.

Dominic Pericolo: It's all for them.

The crowd gives a mixture of "awww"s and cheers, as one of the NLCW's legends makes his way out of his lockerroom, preparing himself for the challenge that lays ahead of him.

Fade to ringside.

Sultan of the Squared Circle Tournament Semi-Finals
Dominic Pericolo VS. Stacy Jones
Standard Rules

There a long pause as a silence slowly begins to fill the arena, the crowd dying down as they wait for whatever happens next as the whole of the arena nearly falls silent aside from the murmurs of the crowd.

The lights dim. The crowd suddenly picks up in volume. In the blink of an eye, silence gives birth to an enormous amount of noise as...

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!

... a massive explosion rocks the rampway, as the entire arena is suddenly bathed in a golden light. The crowd is on their feet, roaring with cheers as the mixed sounds of cello and piano play out over the PA system of the arena, the start to "Viva La Vida (Instrumental)" by Coldplay kicks in. Already slowly picking up in tempo alongside of the music, the crowd begins to chant "DO-MO-NIC! DO-MO-NIC!" as sparklers begin to fall from the rafters and across the entrance to the ramp like a waterfall, obscuring it from view.

AJ: These fans are on their feet, Bryan! The arena is nothing but a sea of noise!

BT: I swear to God I think one of my ears just exploded with our stage.

A figure can now faintly be seen through the falling sparklers as he makes his way forward, eventually stopping behind them, his head down. The sparklers are cut off and as the top of the "sparklerfall" begins to come down, the figure lifts his head up once more. The sparklers then cross in front of his body before the last of them hit the ground and go out, revealing the man to the world as he lets a roar erupt from his lips and he pumps his fist into the air. Immediately, fireworks go off the sides of the stage and the man called Dominic Pericolo flashes a grin to the cheering crowd.

LW: Ladies and gentlemen, coming to the ring at this time...

Dominic lowers his arm and fixes his eyes on the ring. After a brief pause, Dominic then makes his march towards the ring, his stride quick and confident. Along the way to the ring, Dominic walks along one side of the path to the ring to slap hands with fans along the way, before crossing the path to the other side to slap hands with fans over there.

LW: ... weighing in at 270 pounds, from Sacramento, California...

Dominic begins to circle the ring now, slapping hands with the ringside fans as Lucinda Welch continues his introduction from inside of the ring.

LW: ... he is your CURRENT NLCW Hardcore Champion, and is a TWO-TIME NLCW World Heavyweight Champion...

Dominic finally finishes circling the ring and makes his way to one of the sets of steel steps, stepping up it and pausing at the top step to stare out at the fans, that confident grin still on his face. He nods his head to the fans and pumps his fist into the air once more, the crowd continuing to cheer him on.

LW: ... DOOOOOOMIIIIIINIIIIIIIIIC PERIIIIIIICOOOOOOOOLOOOOOOO!!!

"DO-MO-NIC! DO-MO-NIC!"

Dominic enters the ring from the steps and, as he does so, the golden light that had covered the arena begins to fade. Dominic then walks across the center of the ring and to the other side, climbing up onto the turnbuckle and pumping his fist into the air for the cheering fans. His music begins to fade as he steps down off the turnbuckle and turns himself around, leaning back against the corner and grabbing hold of the top ropes as he does so.

AJ: Well, Dominic certainly seems relaxed out here tonight...

BT: This is his first ever Sultan of the Squared Circle tournament, Aaron. I can imagine he's got a million things on his mind right now, but he's definitely trying to keep himself cool for this match.

AJ: Well he'll need all the focus he can muster, that's for certain. Stacy Jones is his opponent tonight, and she is not going to be an easy opponent!

BT:  That's for sure!

Pericolo and Jones face off as the bell rings.  They lock up.  Pericolo shoves her back into the corner.  The referee calls for a clean break and he gets one.

Pericolo backs off.  Suddenly, Jones runs at him, charging in with an attack.  Pericolo is taken off guard and Jones knocks him off his feet with the clothesline! Pericolo gets to his feet ratehr quickly, but Jones charges at him again, knocking him back down with a second clothesline!

AJ:  Stacy Jones is hot tonight!

BT:  She's always hot AJ.

AJ:  Grow up.

Jones goes for another clothesline, but on the third attempt, Pericolo ducks under the clothesline and turns around at the same time as Jones, delivering one of his own! Jones gets back up to her and Pericolo catches her with a forearm to the midsection following up with an Irish whip across the ring.

AJ: Fast start by these two here!

BT: A great pace to this matahc!

Jones charges headlong for Pericolo, looking to take him down with a Lou Thez Press, only to have Pericolo catch her with a Yakuza kick to the face!

AJ:  BOOM!

Pericolo now drops an elbow.  Jones rolls over onto her stomach.  Pericolo steps back as Jones gets to her feet.  He then leaps at her and connects with a spinning wheel kick!  Jones is down on the mat!  Pericolo pulls her up.  Suddenly she grabs him behind the head and hits him with a chin breaker!  Pericolo is stunned.  Jones now connects with a roundhouse kick to the side of the head!

AJ: Down goes Pericolo!

BT: What a stiff kick to the side of the head!

AJ: Wow... I said "down goes Pericolo" and you said "Stiff" and yet no sex jokes!  You're growing!

BT:  Shut up and watch the match!

Jones quickly goes to lift the dazed Pericolo back up to his feet, ready to capitalize on his advantage. She whips Pericolo to the ropes and steps forward, before ropping Pericolo back down with a drop toe hold! Scrambling back up, Jones then hits the ropes as Pericolo lies on the mat.  she then delivers a running legdrop to the back of his head!

AJ: Oof, that can give you a headache.

BT: Jones continuing to go on the offensive...

Rolling away from Pericolo, Jones pulls herself up once again and makes his way around to Pericolo's head, pulling him back up to his feet. She then delivers a quick boot to the gut.  Jones now sets him up for a DDT but Pericolo breaks free and pushes her into the ropes! Jones comes stumbling off the rebound, and gets caught by Pericolo with a belly to belly suplex that sends her flying across the ring!

AJ: Belly to belly suplex!

BT: That'll really take the wind out of Jones, not only must her back be hurting...but that flip could have easily dazed her!

AJ:  This is a good time for Pericolo to strike again!

BT:  He definitely needs to capitalize here.

Pericolo picks himself up and turns, seeing Jones slowly pulling herself back up while clutching at her back. Pericolo backs up a little as Jones falls into the corner for support, and then comes charging in! Jones dives out of the way. Pericolo manages to stop himself by planting his feet on the lower turnbuckle ropes and grabbing ahold of the top ropes for support. However Jones is quickly up on her feet.  Pericolo turns around and Jones connects with another stiff roundhouse to the side of the head!  Pericolo is dazed.  Jones now backs him into the corner and she drives her knee into his midsection.  She then elbows him in the side of the head.  She then hits him with another elbow, this time using the other hand.  Pericolo falls to the mat.  Jones stomps on his chest until the referee breaks it up.

AJ: Stacy Jones very aggressive!

BT:  She needs to be.  There's a lot on the line tonight!

Jones now pulls Pericolo to his feet and she drops him down to the mat with a DDT.  She then walks back over to the turnbuckle climbing up it slowly.

AJ:  What is she going to do now?

Jones steadies herself up top and turns to look at the slowly rising Pericolo.  Stacy Jones now leaps off of the ropes with a moonsault!  Pericolo drops under the move and rolls to the side, sending Jones crashing into the mat!

AJ: OUCH!

BT: Jones could have cost herself there, taking a risk like that!

Pericolo quickly goes for the cover:
1...
2...

AJ:  Kickout!

Pericolo pulls himself back up using the ropes, shaking the cobwebs loose before turning towards Jones, who slowly begins to pull herself up to a knee from across the ring. Pericolo charges at her now and he hits a flying back elbow!  Stacy Jones is out on the mat!  Pericolo pulls her up now.  He sets her up and delivers a snap suplex.  Pericolo now pulls Jones up once again.  Jones breaks free and she kicks Pericolo in the midsection.  She now runs off of the ropes, hitting Pericolo with a spinning neckbreaker!  Jones now pulls Pericolo up, only to send him back down to the mat with a bulldog!

She goes for a cover:
1...
2...

AJ:  Kickout by Pericolo now!

Jones pulls Pericolo up.  Suddenly he grabs her and hits a spinning urange!

AJ: Out of nowhere!

BT: That was surprising!

Pericolo rolls to the side and pulls himself up using the ropes, making his way over to Jones again. He pulls Jones up to her feet and grabs her by her arm.  He attempts an Irish whip but Jones reverses, sending Pericolo barreling into the turnbuckle! Pericolo staggers out as Jones comes charging in and she connects with a diving clothesline!

AJ: WOW! She just sent Pericolo FLIPPING back down from that!

BT: Jones made sure to get plenty of momentum behind that clothesline, that's for sure!

Pulling herself back up, Jones waits for Pericolo.  He starts to begin pulling himself back up.  Jones now charges at him landing a solid dropkick to the back of Pericolo's head, snapping him forward and face-first back into the mat!

AJ: OH DAMN!

BT: That has GOT to hurt!

AJ:  Stacy Jones is definitely in control now!

BT:  She needs to end this now!

Pericolo rolls away quickly, holding at his face in pain as Jones follows him across the ring, pulling him back up to his feet. She lands a few solid elbow strikes into the side of Pericolo's face, before going for a boot to the gut... but Pericolo catches it! Pericolo spins Jones around...but Jones dives at him with a flying clothesline!

AJ:  Stacy Jones is just one step ahead of Dominic Pericolo here tonight!

BT:  She definitely has "Sultan" written across that magnificent chest of hers tonight.

AJ:  I knew you hadn't grown up.

BT:  And yet I'm so large.

AJ:  Oh God... in case you haven't noticed there's a very competitive wrestling match taking place here.

BT:  I've noticed.

Jones pulls Pericolo back to his feet and she backs him into the corner once again.  Jones now drives her shoulder into Pericolo's midsection.  With him doubled over she grabs him by the head and drives him face-first into the mat with a modified bulldog.

AJ:  Stacy Jones with a cover now.

1...
2...

BT:  Kickout!

Jones pulls Pericolo up once again.  She bounces off of the ropes and comes back with a clothesline.  Pericolo ducks it.  Jones rebounds off of the ropes and Pericolo catches her!  He then positions her and drives her down to the mat with a Samoan drop!

AJ: Nice counter by Pericolo!

Pericolo quickly grabs Jones by the head, pulling her back up. Jones lands a few quick strikes, however, and drives Pericolo away from her. Jones quickly runs in, looking for a quick takedown on Pericolo but Pericolo lands a fast boot to the gut, doubling Jones over! He then steps behind Jones and locks her in a Kati-hajime!

AJ: Fade to Black!  This could be it!!

BT: NO!

Stacy Jones uses her legs to leap up onto the second turnbuckle!  She then pushes back, knocking both herself and Pericolo down to the mat!  Pericolo hits the mat hard and he breaks his grip.

AJ:  Stacy Jones is free!

Jones now drops an elbow on Pericolo.  She then pulls him up and Irish whips him across the ring.  Pericolo ducks a clothesline and he rebounds off of the ropes with a spinning wheel kick!  Jones dodges the kick and Pericolo hits the mat.  He is quick to get back up to his feet.  Jones now runs at him and attempts a drop kick!  Pericolo moves out of the way and now Jones hits the mat!  Pericolo with an elbow drop.  Jones rolls out of the way and Pericolo hits the mat!  Jones is back up.  She jumps forwards with a hurricanrana!  She catches Pericolo and flips him over, but Pericolo rolls through and he lands on his feet!  Jones turns around and Pericolo grabs her!  He attempts a belly-to-belly suplex, but Jones breaks free in mid-air!  She lands on her feet and leaps at him with a flying head scissors!  Pericolo drives his elbow into her leg, breaking free before she can flip him.  Jones is quick to get back to her feet.  Pericolo and Jones now circle each other in the center of the ring.

AJ:  Wow.  These two are meeting each other move for move here tonight.

BT:  Neither competitor can get the upper hand.  This is definitely a very evenly-matched contest.

AJ:  What is it going to take for one of these competitors to win?

BT:  I'm not sure.  They've been matching each other all night long.  It's going to take something special to get the upper hand and then that person will need to capitalize quickly.

They lock up now.  Jones breaks the lock up and she kicks Pericolo in the chest.  She now hits him with an elbow to the back of his neck!  Pericolo drops to his knees.  Jones runs and jumps, attempting a missile drop kick!  Pericolo falls to the mat to avoid the move!  Jones gets to her feet first and pulls Pericolo back up.  She takes a step back to size him up.

AJ: BOOM!

BT: Where did THAT come from!?

AJ:  A Decapitation from out of nowhere!

BT:  Dominic Pericolo just struck without warning and Stacy Jones is out on the mat!

Pericolo quickly goes for a cover:
1...
2...
3!!!

AJ:  Pericolo wins!

BT:  Wow. That was quite the contest.

AJ:  They matched each other move-for-move all night and it was that one quick Decapitation from Pericolo that was the difference maker!

LW:  Your winner: DOMINIC PERICOLO!

AJ:  Pericolo advances to the finals!

The show cuts to a segment, showing the unfamiliar surroundings of a clinical hospital cubicle. Bed ridden, Tyler Scott lays at an awkward angle. After the injury he sustained in his Sultan of the Squared Circle Quarter Final against Stacy Jones, Tyler is slumped and has no other emotion on his face other than total depression. He looks away into space, contemplating something saddening, whilst the camera crew sneak towards his bed.

Tyler hears the creeping footsteps and snaps his neck towards them.

Tyler Scott: Argh. Fuck.

Scott grimaces in pain before he stares intensely at the intruders in his room.

Tyler Scott: What the fuck? Get out of here.

The interviewer, Kevin Ryder steps forward.

Kevin Ryder: Tyler Scott, I was just hoping to ask you a few quick questions.

Tyler Scott: Fuck off you little bastard.

Kevin Ryder: Please Tyler, the NLCW fans will want to be informed. They are concerned for your welfare.

Tyler Scott: I do not want to speak to you or any other fucker. So fuck off before I put you in a hospital bed too.

Ryder finally gets the message and backs off as a doctor appears to check on his patient.

Doctor: Hey. You’re not supposed to be here. Visiting hours are over.

Kevin Ryder: I’m sorry, we are just leaving.

Doctor: I’m going to have to ask you to turn that camera off please.

Kevin Ryder: Ok sure, no problem.

The cameraman allows the lens to drop to the floor, and fakes switching it off whilst the doctor pulls the cubicles curtains together. Through a gap in the fabric, the cameraman finds a way to film. The doctor goes over to the bedside of Tyler Scott and hands him an envelope.

Doctor: It looks like you do have someone who cares about you after all.

Tyler gingerly opens the envelope, but still makes a competitive mess out of it. He slides out a ‘Get Well Soon’ card.

Tyler Scott: Well isn’t that just great. I get a card and they don’t bother to sign it. They didn’t even want me to know who sent it. Wonderful. Can you do me a favour doctor and throw it away?

Doctor: Are you sure Mr Scott?

Tyler Scott: Very sure.

Doctor: Ok, very well.

The doctor catches glimpse of the reflecting camera lens through the gap in the white curtains.

Doctor: I thought I told you to stop filming.

He begins to walk out of the cubicle when the camera man turns off the camera in panic.

Sean Galen pops right up off of the mat, grabbing his neck in pain. Dillon Durst then hits Galen with a chin breaker, sending him back to the mat. Durst then grabs the arm of Galen and pulls him over into the middle of the ring. Dillon Durst then runs over to the ring post and climbs to the top rope.

BT: Frog Splash!

AJ: Oh my!

Dillon Durst leaps off of the top turnbuckle, and spreads his whole body out as he lands perfectly on the body of Sean Galen, he then lift's Galen to his feet as he is dazed and can barely stand he then hit's Galen with a DDT and covers him.

AJ: 1…2…3…NO!!! Galen barely kicks out

BT: That was a close one!

Dillon Durst lift's Galen up once again and lift's him again into a piledriver maneuver and slams Galen's head into the mat with a Cradle Piledriver

Perry then sees Jay squirming in pain on the ground. He then sees the table nearby. Perry then shows a small grin on his face. He then picks up the table and throws it into the ring, he then rolls back into the ring and sets up the table in the ring. Perry then rolls back out of the ring and picks up Jay and rolls him back into the ring once again. He then tries to place Jay on the table but Jay is fighting it and then he drops down to his knees and delivers a low blow to Perry. Now Perry is now the one in extreme pain. Then Jay delivers a devastating DDT, but not through the table. Jay then places Perry on the table and goes to the top rope ready to deliver the final blow to win this match.

AJ: Alex Jay is going for his signature Frog Splash to win this thing.

BT: This could be it right here.

AJ: It’s only a matter of time now.

Once again Jay showboats with the crowd still giving him a mixed reaction. He then flips the middle finger at the crowd, receiving a ruckus of boos from doing that. Then he comes flying off the top rope attempting the frog splash. But Perry rolls off the table just in time with Jay going rib first into the table, breaking it in the process. Jay is now holding his ribs in pain. Perry then sees Jay in the predicament that he is in, quickly lifts up Jay, grabs him by the head and puts him in position. He flips him over . . Jay struggles with him and rolls him over . . SCHOOLBOY . . 1 . . 2 . . 3 . .

AJ: THERE IT IS

BT: ALEX JAY IS OUR NEW SULTAN!

AJ: It’s Over!

LW: Ladies and Gentlemen….. The winner of this match….. And The 2006 Sultan Of The Squared Circle….. THE PRINCE OF WRESTLING . . . ALEX JAY!!

Snow crashes down on his opponent but bounces straight off. Logan had raised his knees just in time and caught Snow is the chest. Snow, coughing and spluttering, rolls to the other side of the ring, clutching his torso. Snow gets into a seated position in the corner, across from the ring from Logan. Logan, on one knee and clutching his jaw line, stares across at his opponent. Both rise to their feet in unison. They continue to stare directly into the other’s eye before charging.

AJ: Oh man…

Both men charge with intent.

Chris Logan raises his arm.

He swings a clothesline.

Snow ducks.

Logan turns.

Snow drops.

AJ: He hit it!

Logan connects with another super kick to the chin and this time Jason Snow is dead weight as he hits the canvas. Logan drops to his knees and covers Snow. The referee counts.

1………2…………………………3!

Logan rises to his feet, calm but exhausted. The referee grabs his wrist and raises his arm in victory.

AJ: Logan has done it!

LW: Ladies and Gentlemen…the winner of the match and the 2007 Sultan of the Squared Circle…………Chrrrrriiiiis…………Loooooooooogan!

Bucky leans down, locking Gaap in a crossface, digging his nails into the bleeding spots on his face, tearing his skin.

AJ: Brutal!

BT: You're damn right it's brutal! That's because Bucky is a goddamn Saint!

The ref goes down to check on the brutal submission, but Gaap doesn't tap out. Frustrated, Bucky tears with his fingernails, exposing more raw flesh and blood, all of it dripping out onto Bucky's hands.

AJ: Brutal!

BT: Just brutal!

Enigma shouts, digging his fingernails deep, and Gaap, skin growing sharp red from the blood flooding to the skin, slowly passes out. The ref raises his arm.

"1...
2...
Three."

Crowd: That was awesome!

LW: Your winner, by knockout, and the 2008 Sultan of the Squared Circle, ENIGMAAAAAAA!!!

Our newfound scene is in a backstage corridor where, sitting slouched over on a bench against the wall, is none other than Dominic Pericolo. Still recovering from his match against Stacy Jones earlier in the night, the Hardcore Champion stares down at the water bottle held in-between his hands. He takes a deep breath and then leans his head back, bringing the bottle up to his lips and gulping down half the bottle before finally pulling it away. He lets the breath out afterwards and turns his head towards the camera, laughing slightly to himself when he realizes that it's there.

Dominic Pericolo: Ha... wow, it's time already? Time sure does fly...

Dominic sighs, lifting his head up to look at one of the night's posters hanging on the wall. He smirks to himself, shaking his head.

Dominic Pericolo: Tonight's been great... but it's not over yet. Carmine, I hope you're ready for this thing man... you're a hell of a competitor, and I don't expect anything less than a stellar competition between us out there for this tournament's final. And to the fans out there tonight who've supported me so vigilantly... thank you, all of you.

Dominic stands up from his seat at the bench and turns completely towards the camera, nodding to it with that smirk still played out across his face.

Dominic Pericolo: Everything I do here tonight... it's for my family. You fans have been there by my side since day one, you've gotten to watch me grow and learn, adapt and evolve over all these years I've been competing in the ring... I want to let all of you know this, right now: for all the years of support you've given me, and for every time these arenas have broken out into chanting my name... you've pushed up to where I am today. I owe a lot to you people, and I just wanted to let you all know... I really couldn't have made it here without your support.

Dominic now makes his way closer to the camera, leaning into the lens as he can faintly hear the chanting of the fans in the arena all the way backstage.

Dominic Pericolo: Thanks again, everyone... I'll see you guys out there soon enough.

With that, Dominic pulls away from the camera and proceeds to walk past it, the fans continuing to cheer for him after his departure, as all the way back in the hallways of the backstage area, their chants can still be heard, echoing through the hallways.

"DO-MO-NIC! DO-MO-NIC!"

Fade to ringside.

AJ:  Ladies and gentlemen, every single competitor that has been crowned Sultan of the Squared Circle has gone on to win the NLCW Championship and build an outstanding resume in this company.

BT:  Tonight we will name our fifth Sultan.  Who will have their name entered into the record books alongside Dillon Durst, Alex Jay, Chris Logan and Bucky Skyler?

AJ:  This is it ladies and gentlemen.  What began with a field of eight of the greatest NLCW stars today is now down to two.  Two men who have fought their hearts out for this opportunity.

BT:  And what a contrast we have tonight.  We have Dominic Pericolo, an NLCW legend.  He is a former Slamfest champion, a former Heavyweight Champion and the current NLCW Hardcore Champion.  And his opponent is one of the newest members of the NLCW.  A man who has definitely turned some heads in his short time here, Carmine Vestieri.

AJ:  And this is not just a clash between a veteran and a rookie, no, it is a clash between styles.  Pericolo is taller than Vestieri, he is heavier, he is more experienced.

BT:  But he's also wrestled more recently.  And, don't forget, Dominic Pericolo had to compete in a grueling match against Alex Jay last week, while Vestieri had no first round match.

Sultan of the Squared Circle Tournament Finals
Carmine Vestieri VS. Dominic Pericolo

Standard Rules

LW:  Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is the final match in the 2009 Sultan of the Squared Circle Tournament!  The winner of this match will be crowned the 2009 Sultan of the Squared Circle and will be able to claim a shot at ANY NLCW TITLE within the next twelve months!

AJ:  The stakes have been raised this year folks!  In previous years the Sultan could challenge for the NLCW Heavyweight Title at any event within six months of the coronation.  This year that time frame has been extended to a year and it covers every NLCW championship!

BT:  Excluding the Slamfest main event, of course.

AJ:  Yes, the Road to Slamfest champion earns that right.

AJ: This is it, Bryan... Sultan of the Squared Circle finals time!

BT: Dominic pericolo against Carmine Vestieri... an NLCW legend against an NLCW rising star! This is going to be a classic, folks!

Despite his confident demeanor, it's easy to see that he's still tired from his earlier match against Stacy Jones, his body aching from the difficult match the two had against each other. After a brief pause, Dominic then makes his march towards the ring, though his slide seems slower than usual this time. This time around, Dominic carves a straight path to the ring, but still acknowledges the fans along the way with a grin and a wave.

LW: ... weighing in at 270 pounds, from Sacramento, California, he is your CURRENT NLCW Hardcore Champion, and is a TWO-TIME NLCW World Heavyweight Champion...

Dominic reaches the ring and makes his way to one of the sets of steel steps, stepping up it and pausing at the top step to stare out at the fans, that confident grin still on his face.

He lets his body slightly slump into the corner in the process, doing all he can to just conserve energy for the coming match.

AJ: Both men have got to be tired from their matches earlier tonight...

BT: Dominic's definitely showing the effects of his earlier match with Stacy Jones, but you've got to wonder what's going through his mind as he goes into this match. If anything, this match is going to be MUCH harder on him, as now he's not only gone through one match already, but he's up against one of NLCW's most talented newcomers to date!

AJ: One thing's for certain, despite how tired he is out there tonight... Dominic Pericolo damn sure looks confident, and that's got to say something about his mentality going into this thing.

LW:  And his opponent, residing in Sacramento, California, weighing in at 145 pounds: Carmine Vestieri!

The bell rings.

The crowd is buzzing.

Carmine Styles and Dominic Pericolo face off in the center of the ring.

AJ:  This is it folks.  One of these two men will be our new Sultan.

BT:  This definitely has a big match buzz.

Both men take their time, glaring at one another, sizing each other up.

AJ:  They're both surveying the situation.  They're mentally going through their game plans.  Neither man wants to make the first move.

BT:  Neither man wants to make the first MISTAKE.

AJ:  Good point.

Slowly, cautiously, the two men lock up.  They struggle and then break free.  They then circle each other.

AJ:  Each man very cautious here.

BT:  There's so much at stake AJ.  Your career could change completely during this one match.  You want to make sure you're ready before things get hot.

The two men lock up once again.  Pericolo uses his size advantage to shove Vestieri back.    Vestieri shrugs it off and he circles Pericolo once again.  They lock up again.  This time Pericolo grabs Vestieri in a head lock.  Vestieri slides out of the hold.  He then grabs Pericolo from behind.  Pericolo breaks free.  The two men stand face-to-face once again.

AJ:  You're right.  There is so much on the line. And you can see it in the opening moments of this match.

BT:  They're just feeling each other out.  They want to make sure they know what they're dealing with.

Finally, both men tie up with a collar and elbow hold. Both men wrestler around in the middle of the ring for a few moments before Pericolo gains the upper hand and forces Vestieri backwards into the corner. Pericolo breaks the hold on the referee's orders.

AJ:  Very tentative still.

Pericolo grabs the arm of Vestieri before whipping him across the ring into the opposite corner.  Pericolo now follows up with a clothesline.  Vestieri staggers back into the turnbuckle. Vestieri stumbles forward out of the corner and is met by Pericolo a deep Japanese arm drag that floors him. Pericolo quickly locks in a triangle hold, torquing the arm and shoulder of Vestieri.

BT: Beautiful submission hold there by Pericolo.

AJ:  It looks like things are heating up!

BT:  I knew they would!

The referee positions himself in a position so that he can check on Vestieri and begins to ask Vestieri if he wants to submit and is met with a resounding no from the competitor.

BT:  It's gonna take a lot more than that!

Vestieri manages to regain his strength and fights his way onto his front as Pericolo keeps hold of the move but must keep adjusting his grip to hold on. Vestieri then manages to roll himself over the top of Pericolo, still in the hold, and has Pericolo’s shoulders down.
1...
2...
Pericolo relinquishes the hold and pushes his way out of the pin.

AJ: Vestieri getting an early pin fall attempt but Pericolo powers out.

Pericolo then gets back to his feet and immediately puts the pressure back on by attacking with a series of chops to the chest of the recovering Vestieri. Vestieri comes to rest on the ropes and Pericolo whips him across the ring, meeting him with a high standing dropkick to the head sending Vestieri down to the mat once more. Pericolo then goes for the ropes.  he climbs outside and waits on the apron, scouting his opponent intently. Vestieri struggles to his feet slowly.  He turns to face Pericolo and is met by Pericolo leaping over the top rope!  He hits Vestieri with a leaping spinning wheel kick!

AJ: Pericolo flying through the air!

BT: He knows when to use it, AJ!

The referee checks on both men, seeing if they will be ready to fight on and then initiates the count.

Both men get to their knees slowly and shuffle towards the ropes for help to get to their feet.

5...
6...

Both men are up but Pericolo is much more lively and is already waiting for Vestieri when he turns around. Vestieri is met with several open handed punches to the jaw that push him backwards towards the ropes and is then whipped across the ring. On the rebound, Vestieri is caught with a sudden kick to the gut, Pericolo then grabs hold of Vestieri around the waist and prepares to throw him over head in a belly-to-belly suplex!  Pericolo is instead met with an elbow to the head, then another and another.

AJ: Vestieri battling out of that waist lock.

BT:  You can see the drive in those strikes!  He wants to win this match!

Pericolo stumbles backwards in pain but recovers. Vestieri tries for a kick, but Pericolo catches it.  Vestieri leaps up and he hits Pericolo an Enziguri kick to the back of the head!

AJ:  BOOM!

BT:  Right in the back of the head!

AJ:  On target!

Vestieri runs off of the ropes and he leaps in the air, connecting with a flying elbow drop onto Pericolo's spine!

AJ:  Look at the height Vestieri got on that elbow drop!

Vestieri now climbs to the top ropes.  He leaps off of the ropes and he connects with a moonsault!

AJ:  Vestieri hits a moonsault!  One of those high risks of his has paid off!

BT:  He's going for the cover!

1...
2...

AJ:  Kickout!

Vestieri now pulls Pericolo up.  He now runs off of the ropes and he hits Pericolo with a flying clothesline!  Pericolo stumbles backwards and he collapses onto the ropes!  Vestieri now charges at him and he hits him with a clothesline!  The velocity of the move sends both men over the top rope to the outside!  The crowd explodes!

AJ:  Both men over the top ropes to the outside!

BT:  Wow!

Vestieri is the first to get to his feet.  He hits Pericolo with a kick to the ribs.  Vestieri now turns and he hits Pericolo with a standing moonsault!  Vestieri now enters the ring to break the referee's count.  Vestieri now runs off of the ropes.  Pericolo is struggling to get to his feet.  Vestieri now leaps over the ropes and he hits Pericolo with a suicide plancha!

AJ:  MY GOD!

The referee starts to count once again as both men are down.

Vestieri gets to his feet.  He grabs Pericolo, pulls him to his feet and rolls him back into the ring.  Vestieri now climbs to the top ropes.  He now leaps off of the ropes!

AJ:  Shooting Lion!

BT:  And nobody is home!

AJ:  Maybe that was one risk too many for Vestieri!

Pericolo avoided the move by rolling out of the way.  He now uses the ropes to pull himself up.   Pericolo pulls Vestieri back to his feet and locks his arms around the waist of his opponent before throwing him overhead but holding on and driving him to the mat in a Northern Lights suplex! Pericolo holds onto the move, creating a bridging pin:

BT:  Great move by Pericolo though!

Pericolo gets to his feet and pulls Vestieri to his feet again, this time locking in a suplex-like hold but hooking in a leg and pulling Vestieri overhead and dropping him into a fisherman’s suplex.  He holds on for another pinfall:

Pericolo pulls Vestieri up and he hits him with release German suplex! Pericolo once again gets to his feet and he locks in a Cobra Clutch hold and throws him overhead in a Cobra Clutch suplex. Vestieri lands on his head hard.

AJ: Beautiful suplex combination there.  A release German suplex followed by a Cobra.

BT:  Pericolo is unleashes a very aggressive offense here tonight.

Pericolo then goes to the corner where he begins to climb up. Vestieri tries to get to his feet but collapses to the ground again. Pericolo is still climbing to the top as Vestieri tries again and manages to find his way to his feet.  Vestieri sees Pericolo in the corner but is too fatigued to move. Pericolo finds himself on the top turnbuckle and spots Vestieri in the middle of the ring.  Pericolo throws himself off the top with an attempted crossbody! Vestieri ducks in pure desperation and Pericolo hits the mat.

AJ: Vestieri moves and he could swing the match in his favour here.

BT:  This is his chance!

Vestieri very slowly gets to his feet.  Pericolo starts to stand up now, but Vestieri charges at him and he sends him back down to the net with a quick clothesline. Pericolo struggles to his feet once again but he gets caught again with another clothesline. Pericolo gets to his feet once again and he is met with Vestieri whipping him across the ring.  On the rebound Pericolo gets hit with a quick release belly-to-belly suplex.  Pericolo is driven down into the mat! Vestieri now gets up and he drops an elbow onto Pericolo's spine.

AJ: Vestieri is matching Pericolo’s aggressiveness here.

Vestieri now pulls Pericolo up and he drives him head-first into the mat with a piledriver!  Vestieri now grabs Pericolo and he pulls him up.  He then grabs him from behind and locks him into a cobra clutch!

BT:  Cobra clutch!

Pericolo struggles as Vestieri tightens his grip.  Vestieri holds on as Pericolo tries to break free.

AJ:  This could be it!  He has that cobra clutch locked in tightly.

Pericolo reaches up and he grabs Vestieri's hands.  He tries to break Vestieri's grip.  Vestieri tightens his grip.

AJ:  It looks like Pericolo is fading.

Pericolo struggles and he finally breaks the grip!  He turns around but Vestieri hits him with a very quick dropkick to the knee!  Vestieri now hits Pericolo with a leg drop, right on the same knee. vestieri drops down from Pericolo's shoulders!  He grabs Pericolo from behind!  Pericolo breaks free.  He elbows Vestieri in the face!  He sets him up on his shoulders once again.

AJ:  AND HE HITS IT!

BT:  THE END OF EXISTENCE!  THE COVER!

AJ:  ONE!!! TWO!!!  THREE!!!

BT:  Is it three!?  Vestieri may have kicked out!

All eyes in the arena are on the official.

AJ:  Is it over?

The referee signals for the bell!

BT:  It is over!

AJ:  Dominic Pericolo is the 2009 Sultan of the Squared Circle!

The crowd erupts as Pericolo kneels in the ring with his arms raised.

LW:  Ladies and Gentlemen, your winner and 2009 Sultan of the Squared Circle:  DOMINIC PERICOLO!!!

AJ:  What an absolutely grueling match.

BT:  AJ, I think you'll agree with me on this one, but that was the match of the year.  What a battle!

"DO-MO-NIC! DO-MO-NIC!"

Pericolo stands up now and the referee raises his hand.  Vestieri slowly gets to his feet and he leaves the ring as Pericolo looks out to the crowd.

AJ:  You're right Bryan, but, you know what.... we still have one more match!

NLCW Bloodbath - Last Month

AJ:  Excuse me ladies and gentlemen, I'm just getting word of a situation that occurred only moments go.  We don't have too much information currently, but I'm hearing now that Dillon Durst was... let me get this right... Dillon Durst was attacked outside the arena just a few minutes ago.

BT:  What!?

AJ:  That's what I'm hearing.  Reportedly Dillon Durst left the arena, probably to get some fresh air before the show started, and he was attacked outside the arena.

......

AJ:  Ladies and gentlemen, we have just gotten word that Dillon Durst has been released from the local hospital, but that he has not been medically cleared to compete tonight.  Dillon Durst has been barred from the arena.

BT:  They have security outside and, for his own safety, Dillon Durst will not be permitted into the arena.

AJ:  But main event will still take place with Paul York challenging Dazz for the NLCW Undisputed Championship.

LW:  Ladies and gentlemen, due to injuries sustained before the event, Dillon Durst has not been medically cleared to compete tonight.

The crowd boos.

LW:  Therefore the following match will be a standard one-on-one match for the NLCW Undisputed Championship!

......

The two men circle each other, neither man willing to make the first mistake.  Finally they lunge at each other, locked in grapple.  Dazz get the upperhand and he pushes York into the corner.  The referee calls for a clean break.  The two men circle again.

Suddenly, the arena lights flicker then the arena goes dark.

BT:  What the....

AJ:  I'm not sure what is going on here folks.

Purple lights hit the main area of the stage as smoke billows up towards it as the sounds of guitar fill the arena as what appears to be someone standing behind a lit wall of white with his head hung low with his hair dangling down then whips it up as "Hammer Of The Gods" by Testament blares through the arena.

Dazz and Paul York turn and face the ramp, confused as to what is going on.

Eventually, Enigma makes his way from behind the curtain, the black & purple trench coat he's wearing almost glistens in the lights that flicker on and off in the arena. He makes his way down the ramp.

BT:  What the hell is he doing here!?  He's retired!

AJ:  As far as I know Enigma has left the NLCW, so I'm not sure what he is doing here tonight.

BT:  Well, he did win the Elevation X match and a chance to compete for the Undisputed Championship.

AJ:  Yes, but then he retired!  He walked out on this company!

BT:  Well... he's here now!

Bucky walks towards the ring and walks up the ring steps as he walks across the ring apron and grabs the top rope and looks out to the masses who are booing him and the wave of flashes that are engulfing him. He pulls himself up onto the second rope and raises his arms to his sides as he takes in the boos. He then leaps over the top rope and walks to the center of the ring as he then runs up towards the ropes and leans on them as he berates the fans.

AJ:  So is Enigma in the match?

BT:  I have no idea.

Enigma talks to the referee for a moment.  The referee then nods his head and he calls Lucinda Welch over to the ring.

LW:  Ladies and gentlemen, Enigma is cashing in his Elevation X title shot here tonight!

AJ:  WHAT!?

BT:  That's insane!  He's not even on the roster any longer!

AJ:  Maybe it was a Jason Stylez retirement!

The bell rings once again.

BT:  So I guess this is a triple threat match once again?

AJ:  I guess so.

BT:  You have to think Enigma has the advantage here.  Dazz and York prepared for Dillon Durst, not Enigma.

AJ:  It's definitely a crafty move by Bucky.

......

Slowly Enigma starts to stir.  Dazz rolls over onto his stomach.  The two men reach their knees at the same time.  The crowd is at a fever pitch!  Suddenly someone runs into the ring!

BT:  That's not Paul York!  Is it....!?

AJ:  I think it is!

Dillon Durst has entered the ring!  He has a steel chair!  As Dazz gets to his feet he turns and slams the chair into Dazz' face!  He then turns and does the same thing to Enigma!

AJ:  Dillon Durst was attacked earlier!  He was supposed to be banned from the arena!

BT:  Then what the hell is he doing here!?

AJ:  Those chair shots were absolutely brutal!

Durst has struck both men with a chair!  Suddenly NLCW security charge the ring and the tackle Durst to the mat!  The referee has completely lost control of the situation as Durst is dragged out of the ring by security!

AJ:  I know Durst must be angry at being excluded from this match but he was not medically cleared to be here tonight!  He was banned from the arena for his own good!

Security drags Durst from the ring, kicking and screaming!  The referee turns his attention back to the mat as Durst is led away.  Both Dazz and Enigma are still out in the middle of the ring. The referee begins his ten count.
1....
2....
3....
4....

AJ:  No one in this match has moved in quite a while!

BT:  I think these guys need medical attention, especially Paul York.

AJ:  He has been unconscious for quite a while now!

5.....
6......
7......
8......
9......
10!

The crowd boos as the referee calls for the bell!

AJ:  What!?

BT:  No contest!?

AJ:  The crowd is not happy about this!

Suddenly Dade Midvalley appears in the entrance way.

Dade Midvalley:  Ladies and gentlemen, due to the count out this match is being ruled as a no contest.

The crowd boos once again.

Dade Midvalley:  However, due to the fact that both Enigma and Dazz were attacked by Dillon Durst and therefore unable to finish the match, they will compete one-on-one for the NLCW Undisputed Champion ON AVULSION!

AJ:  WOW!

BT:  What an announcement!

Dade Midvalley:  Furthermore, due to the fact that an injury precluded him from participating in the match here tonight, the winner of the Enigma/Dazz match will face Dillon Durst for the Undisputed Championship at our next pay-per-view, NLCW Sultan of the Squared Circle!
______________________________________

NLCW Avulsion - February 22nd

Dade Midvalley:  Ladies and gentlemen, for those who have not yet heard, I have announcement for you tonight.  Dazz, who last held these NLCW Championships and who also competed under the name Delfino, has just left the company.

The crowd gasps.

Dade Midvalley:  Just a few minutes before this show was scheduled to go to air I spoke with Dazz on the phone and he informed me of his desire to leave the NLCW.  We have granted him his release and we wish him the best in his future endeavors.

The crowd gives a mixed reaction to that statement.

Dade Midvalley:  Therefore, unfortunately, the steel cage match that was scheduled for tonight has been canceled.  We would like to express our regret that this was done with such sort notice, but the timing is due to the situation we were placed in by Dazz.

The crowd boos.

Dade Midvalley:  A new NLCW Undisputed Champion will be named this Sunday at NLCW Sultan of the Squared Circle.  Enigma will face off against Dillon Durst for the championship in a Steel Cage Match.

......

Backstage we see Rick Majors walking down the hallway.  Suddenly he comes face-to-face with Dillon Durst.

The crowd explodes.

Dillon Durst:   Well, if it isn't Rick Majors.  You know Rick, it's awfully convenient that you returned to this company and suddenly I was attacked from behind?

Rick Majors:  Are you trying to say that you think I attacked you Durst?

Dillon Durst:  That's exactly what I'm trying to say.

Rick Majors:  Why don't you think for a minute before you start accusing innocent people.  Think Dillon, who had the most to gain from your injury?  It wasn't me, I'm retired.  But your injury opened up a spot in the title scene for one man: Bucky Skyler.

Majors turns and leaves as Dillon Durst stands there thinking.

AJ:  Did Enigma attack Durst?

BT:  I bet it was Majors!  He's just trying to pass the blame!

AJ:  So here we are ladies and gentlemen!

BT:  FINALLY!

AJ:  After all of the controversy, after all of the delays, here we are!  Tonight comes the long awaited match for the NLCW Undisputed Championship!

Ominous music plays and spot lights shine upward as the steel cage is lowered from the ceiling.  The crowd cheers.

NLCW Undisputed Championship
Enigma VS. Dillon Durst
Steel Cage Match

BT:  Both of these men have been screwed out of the championship AJ.  Durst was attacked before he could get his shot, and Enigma was screwed twice!

AJ:  Twice!?

BT:  Damn right!  First Enigma was attacked by Durst in his match against Dazz and Paul York, then he was screwed when Dazz walked out of the company!  By walking out Dazz forfeited the title!  Enigma should be champion right now!

AJ:  Well, that's one view.

BT:  That's the CORRECT view.

The bell rings.

Both men face off in the center of the ring.

AJ:  Folks, you can win this match one of three ways: pinfall, submission, or escaping the cage.  But one way or another there WILL BE a new champion tonight!

BT:  Two former sultans facing off here tonight!

The lights in the jarring anticipating arena, switch instantly to black. The voice of a small child creeps itself over the P.A. system...

"Close your eyes... and picture the ones you love..."

The heavy rhythm of "30/30 - 150" by Stone Sour takes the place of the child's soft voice, as a highlight package of Dillon Durst begins to play on the screen of the Jumbo Tron.

The crowd motion in the crowd resembles that of a "wave"... as the crowd all rise to their feet, directing all eyes to the entry way.

The curtain to the backstage area flies open, as "The Legacy" stomps his way onto the entrance ramp, causing a huge hurl of cheers and jeers from the audience in attendance. The crowd stand in shock, trying desperatly to get a view of Dillon.

*I am a dominant gene- Live as I die
Never say forever cuz forever's a lie
I can see right through you so I can't ignore you
The story changes but the ending will bore you

I tried to tell you but you simply obeyed
They didn't listen so they threw you away

Now all you do is talk - I don't wanna hear your bullshit
Is this what you want?!*

Dillon stands, still taking in the reaction of the crowd. An evil grin begins to spread itself from ear to ear, as he stedily begins to make his way down the entrance ramp. Strutting himself with ozing confidence, Durst does a slow spin for the NLCW cameras to take his figure in.

*This is where it begins
This is where it ends
This is where it begins
And this is where it ends*

He pauses halfway down the aisle, as red and white trails of pyro blasts themselves into the rafters of the errupting arena. Durst takes this time to pound his chest, boasting to the fans, who at this time, are reaching for, and in fact touching the skin of Wrestling's prototype.

*They called us a dead generation, they told us that we wouldn't survive
They left us alone in the maelstrom
As you can see we're all plenty alive
We know where you are and were coming
Lets see you say that shit to our face

30/30-150 Remembers. 30/30-150 HATES*

Sliding into the ring, Durst rushes himself to the corner of the ring, mounting the turnbuckle as he does so. He pulls the arm straps of his singlet from his shoulders with a forceful tug, before raising his hands to the air. Camera flashes light up the dark arena, as it is now hard to seperate the screams of joy, from the hisses of hate.

*In my own peculiar way I feel mercurial
Before I get ahead of myself again
I know the where but I still don't know the when*

Lucinda Welch: Introducing first... from Baltimore, Maryland... standing six feet, six inches tall, weighing in at two hundred and seventy three pounds... he is the self proclaimed "Legacy" of all Wrestling... Ladies and Gentlemen, Dillon... DUUURRRSSSTTTTTTTTT!

*You wanna live in a one sided world
Be prepared for a whole world of hurt
Now with the grand facade
I dont want to be an angel
I just want to be GOD*

Durst leaps from the turnbuckle, and now begins to circle the ring... looking to all parts of the rattling arena. A laugh of pleasantry escapes him, as he hits the ropes, loosening himself up.

*They called us a dead generation, they told us that we wouldn't survive
They left us alone in the maelstrom
As you can see we're all plenty alive
We know where you are and were coming
Lets see you say that shit to our face

30/30-150 Remembers. 30/30-150 HATES... HATES*

Durst now moves himself to the edge of the ring, where he begins to eye down his pray. Slithering through the ring like a snake, he stands in the center of the ring, as a single spotlight beams down onto his frame, spotlighting the "Legacy."

*OHHHHHHHH
I am a fucking machine fueled by the past
Memory's a memory until it's a fact
I can bury the hatchet and let some shit go
But I got too many grudges to hold!

Saw a lot of people die in the end
I never want to walk that road again
Now I will never give up
I don't want to have it all, I JUST WANT TO HAVE ENOUGH*

Dillon holds his hands to the air, pointing upward. Once bringing them down, he points to the whole arena of fans, and mouthing mixed comments to them, he points to himself once last time, spitting the excess water and sweat from his lips, and mouths the words "Let the judgement begin."

*This is where it begins
This is where it ends
This is where it begins
And this is where it ends

They called us a dead generation, they told us that we wouldn't survive
They left us alone in the maelstrom
As you can see we're all plenty alive
We know where you are and were coming
Lets see you say that shit to our face

30/30-150 Remembers 30/30-150 HATES*

As the song fades out, it is replaced by a jeering crowd who are at their wits end with Durst. The lights in the arena kick back on, as the smoke from Dillon's pyro clouds up the arena entrance, and ring. Durst backs himself to the nearest corner of the ring, and leaning back, props his arms onto the ropes, and places a look of arrogance on his face with a sly smile towards Lucinda. The fans chant hatred towards him, but Dillon pays no mind, and moves his focus towards the ramp.

AJ:  He is a former NLCW Champion, a former Sultan of the Squared Circle and he was voted the Greatest Male Wrestler in Avulsion history... he is Dillon Durst!

The arena lights flicker then the arena goes dark. Purple lights hit the main area of the stage as smoke billows up towards it as voices can be heard.

"ENIGMA, READY TO DIE?"

"I WAS BORN READY MOTHERF*CKER"

Yo, yo, yo,
It's the feast of the blood resin,
Unleash the beast within,
I walk around, with the strength of a hundred men,
You best to run before I count to ten,
Blood drippin from my canine, like a fountain pen,
It seems I've been asleep for a thousand years,
The way my water change it bring me a thousand tears,
Prince of darkness, they walk through the rays of light,
To this beat a vampire, I'm the prototype,
The shape shifting mirror image flash photo type,
To everlasting original red blood-o-type

Enigma makes his way from behind the curtain, the black & purple trench coat he's wearing almost glistens in the lights that flicker on and off in the arena. He makes his way down the ramp and up the steps as Lucinda makes her announcement.

Try to use my name, that's fatal,
Try to claim my fame, (for)that's fatal,
About to brave the pain, that's fatal,
Bite through your jugular vein, that's fatal,

LW: And his opponent, from West Palm Beach, California....I give to you "THE ENIGMA", BUCKY SKYLER!!!!!!

Bucky walks towards the ring and walks up the ring steps as he walks across the ring apron and grabs the top rope and looks out to the masses who are booing him and the wave of flashes that are engulfing him. He pulls himself up onto the second rope and raises his arms to his sides as he takes in the boo's. He then leaps over the top rope and walks to the center of the ring as he then runs up towards the ropes and leans on them as he berates the fans.

AJ:  He is also a former NLCW Champion and a former Sultan of the Squared Circle.   He is the most decorated champion in NLCW history.  Bucky Skyler, "Enigma."

The referee holds the NLCW Undisputed Championship over his head.  The spotlights reflect off of the gold belt.

BT:  That is what it's all about ladies and gentlemen.  That is the championship that Dazz abandoned when he walked out of the company.  That is the most valuable prize in this business.  That is the NLCW Undisputed Championship.

The referee passes the belt out of the cage.  The bell rings.

AJ:  And here we go!

Enigma and Durst face off in the center of the ring.  Camera flashes pop around the arena as the two men glare at one another.

BT:  These two men have a long history AJ.

AJ:  You can definitely feel the intensity in this building right about now.

NLCW FALLOUT - APRIL 5TH, 2009
